What if we told you this burger pattie is 100% vegan? 😍🌿

Created by our imaginative Lady Lane Kitchen cook, , these chunky burgers made their showcase during our Lady Lane Takeover event at The Canvas Cafe. 😯

The vegan burgers were cooked up with a recipe unique to the cook herself, using ’s vegan alternate beef to give you an authentic and exquisite taste. Bite into the soft brioche bun of goodness! 🤤

How tempting do the red tones make this Chilli Chicken meal? 😋

Made by our wonderful Lady Lane Kitchen cook, , this meal is a street food classic and can be found at Hakka’s all around the globe. 🌍

But do you know what the prominence of red in the dish means? You guessed it - spicy food for days. ❤️‍🔥 This beauty was created with a combination of crispy chicken, colourful bell peppers, flavourful onions and spring onions, all drenched in pungent soy and oyster sauce. 🤤

And of course, this perfect Indo-Chinese meal is completed with its signature red chili peppers and served with rice on the side. 🤌🏼

The chillier the food - the more tasty it is. Wouldn’t you agree? 😌

When the food looks too tasty and you can’t wait for a picture to be taken! 🤤📸

That’s exactly what a feast prepared by our lovely cook, will have you doing. 😋

This side dish is like your deep-fried crispy dream come true. The spicy pakoras are perfectly curled up on the side as the samosa rests underneath the begun bhaaji, awaiting the hand that’s about to devour the delightfully fried aubergine. 😍

We don’t think there’s anyone in this world that could ever say no to a plate full of crispy goodness, do you? ☺️

Has anyone else noticed that eating your food with your hands makes the food taste even more delicious? 🤤

Most traditional Ethiopian meals are eaten with the hands. Dishes are usually served on top of a large piece of injera bread with extra rolls of bread placed on the side. To eat, you must tear off a piece of injera bread, use it to grab some food, and then devour it in its juicy glory. 😋

Ethiopian meals are also eaten from a communal plate, meaning the meal is to be shared with everyone around you - how wholesome. 🥺

If you’ve never had an Ethiopian dining experience, it is an absolute must! 🇪🇹
