Joy and Zoe join to support our hardworking dynamic operations team in forever offering our clients and partners the highest level of events operational support and care. ♥️

Joy Peters
Joy brings over 15 years of administration and PA experience to the company. Having worked in London for the majority of those years, Joys' varied and extensive background includes working for one of the UK's largest jobs board, as well as a successful Wealth Management company and most recently a Real Estate business.
Joy says " I am truly thrilled to be joining the Seren Events team and using my skills to help and support. With a reputation of excellence within their Industry, I am excited to see where this journey with Seren Events will take me whilst learning much more along the way."

Zoe Briggs
With a background of 6-7 years in Personal Assistant and Administrative Management, Zoe brings a wealth of experience to this new chapter.
Zoes’ journey began with a degree in Media, Communications, and Journalism, where she developed a deep passion for effective communication and organizational excellence. Over the years, Zoe honed her skills in managing dynamic schedules, coordinating diaries, and ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
Zoe says “I'm excited to leverage my experience and passion in this new role, creating unforgettable events and experiences.”

It’s a great honour that we were chosen to support the World Hepatitis Summit with speaker and AV management, delegate registration, app integration and abstract management. 🙌🙏

Last week, the team were at the Waldorf Hilton London supporting the CITMA Spring Conference!

We welcomed over 200 participants from across 25 countries to discuss the role of AI and technology in the future of intellectual property practice.

We also got hands-on volunteering at Coram’s Field to help renovate the gardens of a children’s playground. Good job everyone!

What a fantastic few days some of the team have had in Dublin this week, helping one of our fabulous clients deliver their annual conference.

What made this event extra special was how patient participation and the patients voice was at the heart of every decision made during the planning process.

Team that with some fantastic collaborations with local charities and foundations and a thought provoking and engaging programme and an event was delivered that is going to truely make a difference to the life of stroke survivors.

We can’t wait to start planning for 2025 already!

It is with great pleasure that we welcome Garry Kinnear to our Seren Team. 🙌

Garry brings over 15 years’ conference and event management experience, in-house and PCO/ agency-side, and could be described as something of an association specialist having worked exclusively with professional membership organisations for the last 9 years.

Working with organisations including Association of Research Managers and Administrators, The Vascular Society of Great Britain & Ireland, Infection Prevention Society, Association for Project Safety and the MS Society, Garry has a proven track record delivering major association conferences and exhibitions virtually, in hybrid format, and in-person across the UK and overseas and will be a valuable addition to the team.

Garry says: “For several years now I’ve looked on admiringly at Seren and I’m thrilled to join the team. I have always strived to set the standard for and embed excellence in association conference and event management and its clear Seren share the same philosophy. I’m hugely excited about working with the team and playing an important role supporting some of Seren’s exceptional association clients”.

We are absolutely delighted to welcome Taliana Rontard to our team. 🙌

Taliana joins us fresh out of university where she graduated with a First-Class Honours Events Management degree.

During her studies, she had the opportunity to immerse herself in the world of events, exploring various facets of event planning and ex*****on. From concerts to large-scale conferences, she has gained hands-on experience by working at events of all types and sizes, each presenting their unique set of challenges and rewards.

One of the most exhilarating moments of her journey was when she had the opportunity to address an audience of over 200 attendees at the ICCA conference, where she spoke about the cutting-edge topic of the Virtualisation of Events. She told us that it was a gratifying experience to share her knowledge and exchange with other professionals, fuelling her passion for transforming events in innovative and dynamic ways.

Taliana says: “What makes this chapter so special is the opportunity to be part of an exceptional team of talented women. I can’t wait to collaborate, learn, and grow alongside each of you. I’m eager to bring my knowledge and my unique perspective of events to contribute to Seren Events’ success.” ❤️
