Hi! I'm starting a new course in March. We will go over the essentials from a creative perspective. Focus on comfort, musicality and improvisation. Hope to see you all there!
When, where and how much?
Wednesdays of March (2nd to 30th) from 8 to 9.30 pm
St Athanasios Hall, 154 Cherry Hinton Road, CB1 7AJ
£8 per lesson or £30 the whole month (5 Wednesdays)
You can pay cash or card on site
What will the lessons be about?
Find comfort – Become aware of your stance, your partner’s body and the surroundings.
Interpret the music – Discover the secrets of how to channel music through your dance.
Find your creativity – Start walking the path towards total improvisation on your dance.
Free your legs – Unblock those more complex movements and learn how to use them and enjoy them.
Dance better - Explore quality of movement in an efficient manner.
