🌿Ellie & Matt🌿
Bring on July for these two when they get married at Ellie’s family home in Somerset, I can’t wait!
They’ve brought me in to help with their wedding layout and flow, pull together all their final wedding details, and take on the reigns for their big day, ensuring everything runs smoothly and to plan.
Honestly, I love a home wedding, they’re one of my favourites. You’re surrounded by so many memories, whilst at the same time creating even more, it simply is magical!

In love with this picture of Danny and Tash’s wedding ceiling feature, created from a old bike wheel, twine and some old vinyl records!
I remember the day I found these bike wheels, I genuinely rummaged through an old skip to dig them out, and I’d finally found the perfect excuse to reuse them ♻️
Just one of the many pieces of decoration that I made using recycled materials to bring their Glastonbury Festival wedding to life!

This time in 3 weeks these two will be Mr & Mrs!
They’re getting married , followed by a meal with their family and friends at the Spread Eagle Inn.

🌿Adding sparkle🌿
In honour of bonfire night, how to add a bit of sparkle to your wedding or next big event?
Why not bring in a glitter artist (one who uses of course 😉).
Earlier in the year I worked with Panda at who didn’t stop painting the faces of all the guests, there wasn’t an unpainted face in sight ✨

🎃Happy Halloween🎃

Pumpkin carving, an idea taken from Beth and James wedding, and what a good idea it was for an Autumn wedding. I can't lie, I'm 34 years old and I still love to carve pumpkins, I'd definitely be there before the kids.

What I love even more about these pumpkins, is they were originally used to decorate Beth and James wedding aisle. The perfect example of how you can reuse your wedding ceremony decoration.

I can not take credit for this wonderful idea, however what I will say is for every wedding I design, I'm always thinking of ways to reuse your wedding ceremony decoration as much as I can. Why double up on flowers and decor when you don't need to?!

How has it been one year since Beth and James said their I Do's at the beautiful
Happy Anniversary you too and a huge welcome to the world to your little bundle of joy, Caleb!
Everytime I look back on your day it brings the biggest smile to my face, because all I saw all day was you two do nothing but smile and laugh, it was simply magical to see and be a part of!

🌿Danny & Tash🌿
It's back to for myself and these two lovely people. Danny and Tash came to me in September looking for support with the and of their big day.
They've both partied at many times, so Pennard Hill Farm was an absolute no brainer to them as their wedding venue. They're looking for ways to bring to life their love for Glastonbury, but also embrace the rustic essense of the countryside.
I loved the sound of their wedding from the moment they sent in their enquiry, straight away my head was beaming with ideas. I'm so excited they've chosen me to work with, I literally can't wait to get started.

🌿Autumn Love🌿

Granted, it doesn't feel like we're quite there yet, but we all know it's coming, and I don't know about you, but I absolutely love Autumn. It's crisp early morning air, the colour of the trees and the thought of Christmas 'scarily' just round the corner. Big Christmas fan over here :)

This time last year, I was working with Beth and James to bring their special day together. My role was to coordinate their day and ensure it ran smoothly, but it was Beth and James that selected all their suppliers, ensuring each of them was in line with their environmental ethos.

I love this picture of Beth's autumnal bouquet, it’s absolutely stunning. Her bouquet was created by Bramble and Wild based in Frome, they're a local business to them and one that, where possible, will always look to use seasonal, British flowers. All Beth had to do was share with them her colour scheme and Bramble and Wild did the rest.

Write 🌿Kick up the butt🌿

It's been such a lovely summer with lots of incredible weddings, and now it's time to really get my butt back in to gear. I think it's safe to say, I'm not the greatest on Instagram, nor even at promoting my own business. I admitted this to a few of my clients and interestingly its sparked one of them to come back to me and say, "is there anything I can do to help?", which I can't lie really got me thinking.

I know one of my biggest problems as a business owner is not shouting out about what I do, how I can help you, nor keeping myself present. Like many other business owners I have a lot to say and a lot of ideas, but when you're running you're own businesses and are juggling life as well, sadly something has to give and for me it's marketing and social media, which is not condusive to any growing business, I know!

This is where Emily comes into the picture. Back in May I designed and coordinated Emily and Jason's wedding, we had an absolute blast and became such a great team. Now we're going to bring that team back together and try out something new. Emily loves my business, what I do and how I helped her and Jason and now she wants to help me shout out about my business and ensure I help others in the same way I helped her and Jason.

Emily is going to be the KICK UP THE BUTT I know I need to hold myself accountable and make sure I stay present and continuously reaching other like-minded couples and individuals who need my support just like they did.

So excited to have you as my team mate Emily, thank you for your continuous support 💚

It’s been a hectic few weeks of weddings and now it’s time for a break, and I can’t flippin wait!!!.

🌿Lara & Richard🌿
These two came to me towards the end of April and asked me to help bring the final pieces of their wedding puzzle together.
Lara and Richard are already married, they decided to have a smaller intimate ceremony with close friends and family, however since then they booked out for the weekend so they could hold a festival wedding party for all their friends and family to join their celebrations and dance the night away together.
Tomorrow is going to be a hive of activity with live music throughout the day and evening, axe throwing, archery, glitter art (eco-friendly of course), food vans and more. It’s going to be such a great day and I’ve loved being the one to help pull it all together for them, such a class couple!!!

Happy Wedding Day💚
Today Emily and Jason tie the knot and I’m so excited to share it with them.
I first started working with Emily and Jason back in June 2021 and it’s been such pleasure working with them to design and coordinate their wedding.
They’re such a wonderful couple and I wish them all the luck in the world 💚
Thought this photo was appropriate given where they’re saying their “I do’s” today 🥰
I’m looking forward to sharing lots of pics from their wedding soon!!!
