Conditions of Sale: General Conditions

The Management reserves the right to refuse admission or to eject a ticket holder for behaviour likely to cause damage, injury, nuisance or annoyance or failure to comply with the reasonable requests of the Management.
2. If admission is refused no monies shall be refunded.
3. It is the Responsibility of the purchaser to check all tickets at the time of purchase or on arrival (by post).
4. We r
egret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase, except in the case cancelled performance / event. This does not affect your statutory rights.
5. Where credit is given in the circumstances as described in point 4. Any balance should be spent or reclaimed within a year or will be lost.
6. This ticket must not be sold or resold without the express permission from the Promoter of the event. Reselling a ticket for profit/commercial gain will make it void and the holder may be refused entry to or removed from the theatre. In addition, tickets bought from unauthorised sources will not be valid and admission to the event will not be permitted.
7. Any complaints about a ticket holder's ability to view the event shall be made to the Promoter/Manager promptly prior to or during the event.
8. Latecomers will only be admitted to the auditorium during a suitable break in performance.
9. The event promoter / management reserves the right to amend or make alterations to the cast and published details of the event as shall become necessary
10. Neither the promoter nor the management accept responsibility for personal property brought into the venue unless caused by the negligence of the promoter or venue management.
11. All ticket prices quoted by the Box Office are for tickets purchased in advance of the performance or event. The promoter reserves the right to change the price at any time.
12. The unauthorised use of cameras, mobile phones, video or other form or recording equipment is strictly prohibited.
13. All offers are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. They cannot be applied retrospectively or in conjunction with any other discount.
14. The management reserves the right to reallocate the booked seat without refund.
15. Special Offers: When advertised special offers may be subject to availability and restrictions. No two offers can be used in conjuntion with one another. For clarity, a special offer is any offer that isn't a standard price or concession (under 16, under 26, Senior Citizen, Registered Disabled) ticket. Special offers include (but are not limited to) family tickets, group rates, and early bird discounts.
16. Those who require a free carer ticket to enable them to attend are able to contact the box office in person or over the phone (01302 744335). If the person who requires assistance is unable to attend the free carer ticket will be void. This service is not available online. One free carer ticket per paid access ticket.
17. Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult in the next adjacent seat for the duration of the performance.
18. When an event is rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances, all previous tickets are no longer valid and must be exchanged. It is the responsibility of the ticket holder to ensure that their ticket is valid and correct. If a ticket holder is unable to attend the rescheduled date, it is their responsibility to inform Carlton Entertainments.

It is so very important to us to have the correct sound, lighting and visuals. Using inhouse lights and basic venue sound systems is simply not our standards....our elitist production has a major influence on the audience's experience, a key component to creating an intoxicating performance and adding a unique layer to every show.....
That's what makes our shows special and that's what our audiences deserve. .

Out of all of the Carlton Entertainment & Event Management tribute artists this has to be my absolute favourite - I have always loved the music of Meatloaf and Jim Steinman.
I have also worked as the lead female sidekick to many Meatloaf tributes and have heard many live, For me Lee Brady Singer is the very best vocal there is!!

Converting a huge empty stage the size of Sheffield City Hall into our vision for Thursdays My Heart Will Go On - International Celine Dion Tribute Theatre Tour show takes a huge amount of production.... we have really upped our game in the next step and vision of things to come...
Over 10 crew, over 25 cast performers, 6 commercial vehicles and 9 cars full of Staging, 50k lighting rig, led video screens, grids, special effects, concert speaker rig, artist props, costumes, musical equipment, merchandise, instruments, video and cameras/ cranes... the list is endless...

With 5 successful theatre tours on the road we are looking for a sound engineer to work for our company on a variety of shows in 2024/2025.....
Regular well paid work with our live tribute bands and artists. All PA equipment is provided but you must have a van/large vehicle to transport from the unit to venues. Unit is South Yorkshire based so ideally needs to be local to this area for logistics.
Concerts will mainly be in the UK but some European dates also.

We have a few shows left in 2023 before we wind down here at Carlton Entertainment & Event Management offices for some very well deserved recuperation and family time...
2023 has been our busiest yet with 4 theatre tours performing over 100 tour dates and over 50 Spanish events and concerts.
2024 is even busier... we expand to 6 theatre tours and have over 200 tour dates... 10 full live band theatres tours in spain and over 75 ticketed concerts across the Costas...
Dare we even look at 2025.... It's even busier still!!

⭐ THE SETUP - BACKSTAGE FOOTAGE!!⭐ Ona Hotel- Hacienda del Alamo So much hard work goes on behind the scenes that nobody ever sees. Endless hours of paperwork, meetings and planning to plan and stage one of the Carlton Entertainment & Event Management Spanish shows.... Firstly we 'source' a venue- A stunning and beautiful place big enough to stage one of our concerts. Usually somewhere no other entertainment promoters/acts are using....... we like to ensure our audiences can differentiate between our quality shows and we like to work exclusively with our venues. Secondly we carry out a site visit, a full inspection and risk assesment of the venue, ensuring the venue has adequate facilities, electic supply etc. We design a seating plan and announce release of tickets and organise all marketing and promotion of the event. We spend hours liaising with insurances, local town councils, tax offices, accountants, solicitors to ensure all our paperwork is legal and in order.... On the day of the show we provide and build everything at the venue. Sometimes this even includes a stage but always onstage risers, a first class sound system, programmed lighting show and video screens and projection. We even sometimes provide a portable bar and setup the whole canape serving area. We offer an online mobile checkin foyer facility and occasionally setup and label over 300 chairs!!!!! and only then does the show finally go on.........!!! @carltonentertainment
