You don't need a big balloon display to pack a punch! I used these cutouts for Islas birthday party as I was only allowed in the room 30 mins beforehand. I then re-used them at home on her actual birthday 🎈

What do you do with your balloons when you've finished? I hate popping them, it feels like such a waste but my spare room stinks of latex and I'm pretty sure I got a latex headache!
