We absolutely loved bringing Alex’s vision to life for her wedding breakfast at the stunning Borgo Stomennano last year.

With the help of some incredible suppliers, we created a space that was truly enchanting—a feast for the senses. A sky full of stars, floating chandeliers, beautiful music, florals that filled the air with divine scents, and some of Italy’s finest cuisine tying it all together. It was a wedding to remember, and every guest left saying “wow.”

Spilling Our Best-Kept Secrets for Creating the Most EPIC Wedding Dance Floor ✨🪩🕺

1. The Musicians: Absolutely VITAL. Finding the perfect band can be tricky—online promos don’t always capture the full vibe. We highly recommend going with a personal recommendation from someone you trust if you don’t have a band in mind. Ask your planner, your venue, or anyone in the industry. We’ve got a list of incredible bands we love, like (check out pic 3—they were AMAZING at last month’s wedding!).
2. Song Placement: It’s KEY. Make sure you have a killer song lined up right after your first dance. You’ve already got everyone’s attention—keep them on the floor and get the party started!
3. Props: Always a Hit. Fun props are a great way to add some extra flair and keep the energy high on the dance floor. We definitely recommend them.
4. Avoid Competing Activities: If possible, steer clear of scheduling other activities while the band is playing. You want to keep the crowd together, not scattered around the venue.
5. Dance Floor Size Matters: If you have a large dance floor and a smaller guest list, consider partitioning off part of the space. You don’t want a dance floor that feels empty even with 50 people dancing. Room dividers or curtains of fairy lights can create a cozy, intentional space that keeps the energy up.

Happy 1 year Anniversary to the most wonderful couple 🥂

A & D had one of the best champagne receptions we’ve ever seen with the fullest dance floor and top tier dance moves in the summer sun with views over Lake Annecy and the French Alps.

With their venue being the castle that Walt Disney based sleeping beauty on, it was a truly incredible wedding.

✨Bridal Makeup Tips✨

We had the pleasure of working alongside the fabulous in Tuscany at the start of May. After she created this beautiful look on the gorgeous Sarah, we picked her brain for some top tips!

Our question to Renee was: “What top tips would you give a bride-to-be as she is preparing for her big day?”

Here are her top five:

• DON’T change up your skincare routine before your wedding. Stick to what you already know works. You don’t want a bad reaction!
• DO have a makeup trial. Very important.
• DO wear a white top to your makeup trial so that you get an idea of how the makeup will look on the day.
• DON’T deviate too much from your own personal style.
• DO tell your MUA if you are going to fake tan before the wedding!

For our new followers, meet Vanessa, our incredible CEO who founded this venture. ✨

Within her first year of launching the company, Vanessa’s journey caught the attention of the BBC, British Vogue, and Entrepreneur magazines and podcasts.

Well known for navigating Covid and creating a company that has grown faster than anyone could have imagined, you can rest assured that you are in wonderful hands when working with Vanessa and her team.

🎶 Live Music: It doesn’t necessarily have to be a full-piece band; however, a skilled live musician good at engaging with the crowd can truly make a difference. For this wedding and kept the dance floor this full! 💃🏼
🍹 Exclusive Cocktail Bar: Create a distinct area dedicated to cocktails during this time of the day. A separate space, with interactive cocktail makers crafting delightful couples’ cocktails. .mobilebar were fabulous at this wedding in the summer, and we highly recommend them!
🪑 Ample Seating: Couples can sometimes shy away from providing a lot of seating at this point in the day, however ensuring there is ample seating for those wanting to sit and relax leaves the dance floor unencumbered, providing an ideal space for those with higher energy to get the party started.
