Grilled pork larb salad - an absolute banger dish chosen by our customers at a cookery workshop a few week ago! Hit all the spots! Spicy, tangy and full of toasted rice powder! Those fresh mint just finished it off perfectly!

How delicious does this Yum Woon Sen (Glass Noodle Salad) looked. One of the dishes in the cookery workshop I taught recently. This gluten-free dish was full of vibrant colour and flavour. It is the ultimate dish to cure anyone who misses Thailand. We also cooked tom yum king prawn soup and pad krapow pork. I only managed to take one photo!!

We ❤️ Ruby's Birdlip

Absolute banging Friday last week at Ruby's! Fantastic weather ☀️, crowd 😀 and live music 🎶! The busiest we have ever been there!

😞 Apologies for anyone who couldn't get to enjoy our food! We made so much extra food but it was just so busy!

✨️Recently 𝘸𝘦 𝘤𝘢𝘵𝘦𝘳𝘦𝘥 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘢 𝘱𝘳𝘪𝘷𝘢𝘵𝘦 𝘱𝘢𝘳𝘵𝘺 𝘪𝘯 Cheltenham for 13 lucky people.🎉 𝘛𝘩𝘦𝘺 𝘩𝘢𝘥 𝘢 𝘨𝘰𝘳𝘨𝘦𝘰𝘶𝘴 𝘴𝘦𝘭𝘦𝘤𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯 𝘰𝘧 𝘛𝘩𝘢𝘪 𝘤𝘢𝘯𝘢𝘱𝘦s on arrival, followed by a selection of Thai starters and mains. All finished off with coconut panna cotta with mango coulis!

The last couple of months, most of my mornings have been awful due to bad hay fever symptoms 🤕.

🇹🇭 Thai Private Catering 🇹🇭

🤩 The only photo I remembered to take from one of the jobs yesterday! A baby shower 👶 for one of my regular customers!

😊 Those Thai red curry arancini looked so cute in bamboo boats! 💯 Everyone loved the kaffir lime and Thai basil mayo which Ben invented. But I will take the credit for it because I'm the boss!🏅😎

🥳 We catered for a party of 20 on Saturday and this is one of the dishes we made which was perfect for the warm weather! ☀️

🥗 Papaya Pok Pok - aka Som Tum. This healthy crunchy green papaya salad is spiked with a dressing made with Thai birds eye chilli, lime, palm sugar and fish sauce. 🇹🇭 Also, toss in some toasted peanuts for good measure!

💥These multitude of flavours explode in your mouth - sweet, tangy, crunchy, and a touch of spiciness - the perfect start to any meal!

ℹ️ PS: The word 'Pok Pok' comes from the sound of the pestle and mortar thumping away as you make the whole salad in it!
