Well, that's another new year spent at the beautiful Duncraig Castle.
I've been working with Chef Greig at as assistant chef for the past couple of weeks, cooking for a group of 31 guests with power cuts and snow storms being all part of the entertainment and adding to our problem solving abilities 😅
Over the next few weeks I'll start 2025's new client emails and sample menus (so don't worry if I haven't gotten back to you yet 😉), but before that, a quick trip out to the south of Spain for a little R&R!
