Oh la la! Our sunflowers may have been slow bloomers but that didn't slow our Norfolk natives down in the slightest.. in fact, I think it highlighted a life lesson, don't fixate on what you expected in this life, but enjoy what you have in the here and now... and that is what you all did! It has been a blessing to see all ages get stuck in and enjoy the great outdoors 💛Once again it all wouldn’t have been possible without our super talented and dedicated Farmer Tom, whose expertise and perseverance, by sowing and re-sowing the sunflowers, due to the coldest and wettest spring on record, ensured we eventually got to harvest the sunflowers 🧡Our sunflower patch wouldn’t have all come together as seamlessly as it did without our wonderful and spirited Ha Ha Farm family, who between us all delivered more than 1,084 cupcakes, 64678 iced coffees, more than 5 miles of ribbon, to many sunflower cookies, 988 fancy jacks, and more importantly, numerous laughs, hay bale jumps, dancing feet and sunflowers as tall as some of our visitors 🕺A big shout out to our fuel and resident bakers @caittheaccidentalbaker, @cakes_from_the_hart and @fancyjacks_ for all of their beyond impressive, detailed cakes, bakes and patience...You brought the sunshine, dance moves, rhythm, epic energy and positivity to our sunflower sundowner evenings too...
