Finishing off my orders with this Nutella & Ferrero Rocher Cheesecake.
I’m very happy with this one as it finishes the trio of birthday cheesecakes I’ve done for a Mam daughter and grandmother ❤️❤️❤️
I really wanted to get that ambassador opulence so I added the triangle of Ferrero Rocher in the middle and as much gold glitter ✨ as I could get out the pump.
The cheesecake is Nutella flavoured with chopped hazelnuts on top.

Been ages since posting. I’ve been making some cheesecake behind the scenes. This is a nice post to kick off with a delicious combination of strawberry shortcake and lemon meringue for a 50th birthday 🥳
Also very exciting in a few short weeks I get my new kitchen meaning even more space for getting creative.

Beautiful dark 🖤 Biscoff cheesecake out today.
For this I made a fake top on the cheesecake that lifts off with a pallet knife.
This meant I didn’t need to worry about the flowers touching, as the parts they touch come off and are not eaten. Leaving the cheesecake underneath to eat.
It was great to play with the dark colours and not worry about the flowers touching.
Made for a nice composition.

A little selection this morning featured a banoffee brownie base cheesecake, usually this is in a tart style cheesecake base so the caramel did ooze from the brownie but I guess that’s not all bad 😋

Just finished a batch of cheesecakes for tomorrow.
I’ve been quiet on the page this week, as I’ve been making progress in my search for a new job.
Like many I lost my job during the current situation, loosing my mind to lack of work that’s when I decided to make my cheesecakes. 🥳
Although I may be working again I am still making cheesecakes 🥳🥳
So don’t hesitate to order 🙂I just may take a little longer than usual to reply to messages.

I really enjoyed making this box out today.
The customer was very sweet.
I chose the flavours for this one, so went for some nice fresh tastes with lemon meringue, raspberry white choc and the ever popular strawberry shortcake, you have to have a little chocolate with the Ferrero Rocher too.
