Another fantastic fish delivery from Colchester Fresh Fish Ltd with day boat Dover Slip Soles caught on their boat Nicola Anne CK7. I love it locally caught & delivered here fresh as a daisy. My question is, I’m cooking them whole. Should I leave the head on or remove it? Let me know in comments please.πŸ‘¨β€πŸ³
