Absolute madness doing a wedding 2 weeks after giving birth! But it was a pleasure creating these floral installations for Amelia and Ollie last weekend at Arksden church.
I had a great team of amazing women helping and I was fortunate to have a good birth and a great baby, which made it all possible.

This is not my usual style of bridal bouquet, but it’s great to do different styles. This bride really wanted lots of cosmos in her bouquet. I explained that it doesn’t last well out of water and whenever you are not holding it, put it back in water so the cosmos doesn’t wilt. And doesn’t it look great!

Exciting News and a Little Pause Ahead 🌸👶

It is indeed a baby! We’re expecting their arrival any day now, which has made these past few weeks especially busy here on the farm.

Between back-to-back weddings, selling out of flowers, and lots of planting, it’s been a full and beautiful season. And the good news is – there are still plenty more blooms to come in July, August, and September, along with some truly exciting weddings.

With this new chapter in our lives, I’ve made the decision to take a year off to focus on our growing family. We’ll be pressing pause from Autumn 2025 to Autumn 2026. But don’t worry – we’ll be back! We’ll continue planting next autumn with fresh flowers expected to return in Spring 2027.

🌱 An Opportunity for Growers & Florists
During our break, we’re open to renting the polytunnel and/or field to someone looking to dip their toes into flower growing – or expand an existing patch. If you’re a florist who’s always dreamed of growing your own blooms, this might just be the perfect opportunity.

Feel free to reach out if you’re interested or have any questions.
