🌸 Introducing Saffron and Nicole who will be showcasing they’re amazing work at Out of the Ordinary wedding fayre. 🌿

🌱Saffron and Nicole are the inspiration and creatives behind Sutton Lodge Flowers & Floristry, growing seasonal British flowers, right here in Leicestershire.

They grow seasonal flowers, herbs and foliage to compliment their work and use nature around the farm to inspire their events such as weddings, parties and farewell flowers. They also encourage people to pick their own flowers to create at home, or visit all year round at one of their seasonal workshops.

Sustainability is at the heart of what they do, growing flowers with minimal input to ensure we are encouraging 'biodiversity' and organic growth but also in the floristry and installations they create, the flowers are designed and created in water, moss and chicken wire.

Saffron and Nicole value the relationships they build with the people around them, encouraging others to learn new skills, take time out to heal or use the flowers to help create memories, with Brides they always look to go the extra mile and sprinkle some Sutton lodge flower magic 🌸✨

Out of the ordinary wedding fayre is not your typical wedding fayre. We think it’s time to start showcasing wedding businesses in a less corporate manner. We not only want to shake things up a bit, to make the wedding fayre experience more exciting and fun, but we also want to help create a platform for those local businesses with an eco-conscious outlook. This event will be powered by the onsite wind turbine, helping us to create a more sustainable event.

Out of the Ordinary wedding fayre endeavours to showcase the midlands true local talent within the wedding industry, by setting the scene for how our stall holders can make your wedding look and feel. Out with the banners and in with creating an environment fit for a wedding. Tipi, lights, flower displays, music, bar, workshops, talks, local sustainably conscious suppliers, all nestled into nature. We want this event to be an enjoyable experience for all, making shopping for your suppliers a fun and pleasurable experience.

Because no wedding should be ordinary!
