🍻 What an incredible night for Ruthins first Oktoberfest event! From dancing on tables to a wild conga line before 4pm, the energy was electric! Huge shoutout to the Oompah Stompers for absolutely smashing their set, and a big round of applause for Josh Robinson for keeping the vibes alive.
Special thanks to BKN bars for keeping the drinks flowing all night. 🥳

Exciting news! Presale tickets for Oktoberfest have officially sold out! 🍻 But fret not, there's still a chance to be part of the fun. Limited tickets will be up for grabs at the door 🥨🎉 Get ready for an unforgettable evening!

As the big day approaches, we want to extend a heartfelt thank you to everyone who has purchased a ticket and will be joining us tomorrow! What began as a distant dream has now transformed into an eagerly anticipated reality, and we couldn't be more thrilled to welcome you all!

After nearly 12 months of meticulous planning, countless hours, supplier meetings, and considerable investment, we've put our hearts and souls into making this event an exceptional experience, complete with a few surprises along the way!

Please note that for the safety and comfort of all our guests, we want to make it known that there will be strobe light effects after 6pm. We kindly advise anyone sensitive to such lighting to take necessary precautions.

With the big day only a few days away we thought we would share the exciting lineup for the days Bavarian escapades at the festival:

🕛 Open from Midday
🎸 1 PM: Catch the incredible tunes of Josh Robinson's live performance! 🎤
🎺 3:30 PM: Can't miss the foot-stomping beats of the Oompah Stompers! 🎺
🎧 5:30 PM: Get ready to dance to the electrifying beats of DJ Bavario! 🎶
🍻 7:30 PM: Back with more traditional vibes, the Oompah Stompers return for another round of fun!
🔥 9:30 PM: The night's not over! DJ Bavario returns with more beats to keep the party going strong! 🎉

Don’t forget we only have one card terminal, so to keep the day moving and the beer flowing please remember to bring cash!

Lastly, please remember to buy tickets through Eventbrite or on the door on Saturday to avoid potential ticket scammers! 💥
