Candle stick covers.

Any couples who have met me either on a phone consultation or maybe at a wedding fair, know I have all the chat regarding candles. It maybe a little bit boring for some (soz for that), but I think it’s super important to make sure you get the most from your decor, especially when you invest in a stylist like me.

It’s a fact that open lit candles will burn really quickly if there’s a draft from windows or open doors. If you love a candle stick and have chosen this option as part of the table decor, and it’s likely there could be a draft into the building, or if your having an outdoor reception or marquee wedding. I highly recommend choosing these glass candle covers.

They will maximise the burn time on your candles, and give that beautiful candle light glow that you dreamed about.

Sharing this lakeside showstopper from last summer .

A deconstructed arch and aisle lined with meadow boxes of flowers created by , Stef battled all the elements to create the couples dream outdoor ceremony 🤍

The meadows were later reused as table centrepieces, decorated with elegant candles.

Channeling all the summer vibes for this rain to disappear soon, pretty please.

With Valentines Day just around the corner, I wanted to share these from Gemma and Andy’s vow renewal a few weeks ago.

I unfortunately couldn’t stay and watch but the snippets I’ve heard from the words spoken on the day and the ceremony delivered by - was all seriously moving. The epitome of true love right there.

Perfectly planned by , it honestly filled my cup up knowing between us all we could kindly gift such a super special moment for Gemma and Andy and their beautiful family ❤️

All the autumn goodness a few weeks ago at Long Acre Barn for Alice & Nick.

A little last minute booking for brass candlesticks and styling, it was a pleasure to support the Longacre Barn family with the speedy turn around (team 🙌🏼💪🏻).

The tables were styled with brass candlesticks, mini pumpkins and perfectly dried homegrown flowers, by The Fellside Flower Company, Emma also made the broken arch.

This image talks to me in so many ways. Not only is it drop dead bloomin’ gorgeous, but all I can think about is how much it meant to Laura & Sam.

They put their heart and soul into every detail, trusting myself & Chelsea to deliver.

It takes a team of suppliers to deliver a room turn around after your ceremony, It’s no easy task, but seeing the bride and groom enter the room and the look on their faces is THE BEST feeling 🥰

What a treat to be tagged into such a beautiful image. Earlier this year Rosie & Matthew chose brass candlesticks and sage table runners, which was styled by themselves. What a fine job they did.

If you’re planning a DIY wedding, please don’t be afraid to ask about hiring my decorations. My only advice would be don’t underestimate how long it takes to set everything up, ensure you have a team of well briefed loved ones who can help.

It’s my second weekend off in a row and I’m all for it, this season has been magical, but I’m ready to slow down now and re coup.

This week i’ve enjoyed half term with my boys and had lots of lovely calls with new couples. My diaries for 2024 and 2025 are filing nicely, (Thankyou ❤️).

For Clare & Andrew…..

and their beautiful family.

Clare and I first spoke, I’m sure we both had children in tow, both multi tasking and amongst the craziness of life. (fyi this isn’t the usual stunt I pull, I always try my very best to be child free for an initial meeting 😅 but these things sometimes happen).

Clare shared the vision (which may I add sounded fabulously fun), an intimate day in the beautiful house and wedding breakfast in the long room.

She trusted me and wanted a surprise - trying my best not to disclose any ideas on the invoice 😅 hopefully bringing her dreams to life.

Shiny brass candlesticks & candles, stoneware decorations, raised wooden bread boards stacked with vintage books and a continuous run of bud vases, filled with gorgeously chosen flowers by .

All captured perfectly by , who walked into the long room just as the light came through.

The vibe all day was wonderful from the start.
