Our Mission ✨

Our mission is to Inspire, Inform and Include the South Wales business community through networking events, social fun days and business workshops.

Our no-frills approach sets out to remove the forced interaction of networking, and create a community that lifts each other up!

We Love Social Media 💘

But, part of a healthy social media marketing campaign is often being able to take a step back and self-care.

🌟 Limit yourself to how often you go on your social media channels each day.

🌟 Try not to let it seep into your personal or family time.

🌟  Give yourself a cut-off time in the evening, a good couple of hours before bed so you can switch off properly.

🌟  Don’t stretch yourself too thin across lot’s of channels.

🌟  Make sure you’re using a blue light filter where you can, to reduce eye-strain & headaches.
