We like to think of our miso salmon poké bowl as the healthier way to taste the rainbow, with crunchy red cabbage, juicy fresh cucumber, sweet tangy carrot, and a generous dolloping of tri-coloured quinoa, all topped with soft and delicious miso-glazed salmon and dotted with bright and breezy wasabi mayo. What a treat.
You will probably put more thought and effort and blood and sweat and tears into your wedding day than any other day for the whole rest of your life.
But by the time it gets to the actual day, you want to be able to switch off and hand over the reigns so that you can experience the day wholeheartedly, and enjoy your time with your family and friends and your brand new spouse.

There’s just something about a circulating miniature food item that gets people going, whether a refreshingly cool watermelon and feta stack, or a hot and comforting sundried tomato and basil arancino, we love to see a crowd of people’s eyes all light up when the first canapé tray comes around.
What we love about the grazing table menu is its sheer unrivaled customisability. Cheeses, meats, chutneys, fruits, crackers, breads, everything exactly as you want it. No obligatory brie or or prescribed pickles, you want double cheese? You’ve got it!
So many options, infinite combinations, all arranged like a work of culinary art.

That’s why we do everything in our power to make sure that food and drink service goes so swimmingly that you don’t have to think about it at all. All you need to do is eat, and drink. That’s the one thing we can’t take care of for you.
With a canapé there’s nowhere to hide, if a guest is only having one or two bites of something, those bites have to be ✨spectacular✨
Chef spends a long time developing his canapé recipes, making sure each one is balanced in flavour, texturally interesting, well seasoned, perfect.
But you can’t make a great one bite wonder with sub-par ingredients. We work with the best quality produce we can find, and where possible try to source locally and sustainably, so that each bite, however small, is a dream come true.

Ask anyone who works for us what their favourite side dish is, they’ll most likely say Sue’s Potato Salad. We’ve been all over the world looking for the best recipes and tastiest dishes, but chef has never found a potato salad recipe to rival his mum’s. The secret ingredient, is love 🥰 (it’s actually salt, but love sounds way healthier)
What’s classier than a glass of fizz? A glass of fizz with a fancy little twist, that’s what! If you want to elevate the drinks offering at your event, our bar team is on hand to mix and serve whatever beverages your heart desires.
