Another year over! We can hardly believe it. We’ll look back at this one with immense pleasure and great pride. What to choose…what to choose? You’re putting together your perfect day and the only thing left to finalise is the evening food, but what to go for? Maybe some delicious gourmet hotdogs, perhaps a selection of petite and perfectly formed sliders, or go back to basics with some classic late night butties, there’s just so many options! Truth is, if it’s hearty and hot it’s gonna hit the spot and the chances are it won’t hit the sides. So just pick whatever takes your fancy the most, your guests will love it not matter what.

Open up, it's time to fill your dessert stomach! Our dessert sharing boards are perfect for parties, when you're out on the dance floor having a boogie and you need an energy boost, you just mosey on over and grab a mini brownie and then sashay back into the fray. Just enough of a sweet treat to tide you over and pep you up, but not so big that you have to stop dancing to digest. And you can do it all again in ten minutes with the crumble pot! There's really no downside.

What do you miss the most about summer? For some it’s the long days, for some the hot summer nights, for some it’s wimbledon. For us though, it’s the fact that nearly every weekend for three months we get to worship at the altar of Sue’s Potato Salad.
Can you make it in winter? Sure! And we do. But there’s nothing like a spoonful enjoyed in the baking hot sun with the smell of the barbecue filling your nostrils and the sound of the wedding band just starting to get the crowd going. And in the words of Sinead O’Connor, nothing compares to Sue’s potato salad.
It’s starting to get really cold out there, so we’re digging out the summer snaps to help us warm up. The sun is beating down on us, the sides of the catering tent are flapping in the breeze, and the glorious scent of the hot fired barbecue grill is wafting across our noses. Breathe deep everyone, and feel the warmth.
The mark of a strong canapé offering is when no one can agree on which is the best. We tried to do a cute little poll around the office, staff members’ favourite canapés, and it came up a multi-way draw. The world’s most boring bar chart.

That's right, our mac and cheese recipe is the life's work of head chef Will, and he's vowed to take said recipe with him to the grave. So get it while he's still around. It's cheesy, savoury, gooey goodness and by far the menu item for which guests most often request seconds.
Something we love about our job is that every year is different and brings with it new experiences to add to our scrapbook.
This year has been eventful so far! We have catered for two Bat Mitzvahs, our first ever, gotten to see Tony Hadley sing at one of our events, and witnessed a guest at a wedding sink an astonishing eight tacos in a row. And now we're gearing up for the end of the year, Halloween into Bonfire Night into the Big C! No doubt by January we'll have a whole new collection of even more memories to add to the list.
Missing the summer sun today and thinking back over one of our busiest summers ever! We cooked at weddings, anniversaries, birthday parties, business launches, summer fun days and special staff lunches, we served hundreds of hotdogs, bountious barbecue boards, and trillions of tacos, and we can't wait to do it all again next year!
