Today’s star dish at the healthy eating cookery session was an experimental dish made with nasturtium ( fresh from our community garden) and pumpkin pesto with pasta made by Jacqui & Judy .

I was working with my nutritionist hat on yesterday.
Helping britebox project @ Kings Oak Primary School together with our dietetics placement student @ Alberto from metropolitan in promoting the National Healthy Eating week .
Helping to man the 5 day station where children were encouraged to make fruit & veg kebabs using a rainbow of colours whilst Alberto was moving with Joe Wicks video helping to keep kids fit @ kingsoakprimaryschool
