It almost looks like the cake is in the vase…? Loved baking a daily cake last week for a team who loved cake, brownies were a hit, this one, a Sicilian orange cake didn’t last long but the secret weapon was a sticky pear, date and caramel cake which seemed to please the taste buds 🥰xx

I am delighted to team up with to host ‘Fitness & Food’, using the beautiful kitchens at

On Sunday the 19th the epic team at Ferguson Fitness will be running a workout suitable for all abilities - This will be open to all, you don’t need to be a gym member! You then wander over to InHouse and join me for brunch and a cooking demonstration of a variety of healthy recipes.

This event is limited to 30 people and everyone who signs up will be given a recipe booklet to take home. They have just gone to print and I can’t wait to share the recipes inside!

Come join us - it’ll be a hoot! 💪
