After having my surgery last Monday, I realised that I didn’t appreciate my health enough! It’s easy to take advantage of your body when you are not feeling pain. Sometimes a reminder is needed that you MUST look after yourself physically as well as mentally! (I think a dip in the hot tub will probably take care of both! 😅) 💦🧖🏾‍♀️
