Here’s a step-by-step guide to help you begin:

I. Choose Your Journal

Dedicate a few minutes each day, preferably at the same time, whether it’s in the morning or before bed. This helps build a routine.

3. Start Small
Begin with short entries. Write about your day, thoughts, feelings, or anything on your mind. You don’t need to write a lot just a few sentences can be enough.

4. Use Prompts
If you’re unsure what to write, use prompts like:
