One of the benefits of being your own boss is you get to change your mind, you get to try new things and take risks. You can literally switch it up at any time bc YOU are in control.

But that also means that the only thing standing between where you are and where you want to be is YOU.

It’s one thing to have an idea of how you want your business to look - it’s another thing entirely to act upon it and make a change.

You can make all of the excuses in the world about why you can’t or shouldn’t or won’t. But really, what are you afraid of?

Ask yourself if a year from now you were in exactly the same place would you be happy? If the answer is yes, then that is great. But if the answer is no, then when are you going to make the changes you are scared to make? To show up like the person you want to be?

The key 🔑 is to stop waiting around for a sign and to start the work NOW. So that a year from now you can be doing all of the things you dreamed you would do. And if you want to chat, my DM’s are open and I’d love to hear from you 🩷

We’ve all been there…you pour your heart and soul in to something that ultimately just doesn’t love you back. But unlike your ex .. the great news is you can actually TRAIN the algorithm to 🩷 you 😇

and the steps aren’t complicated when you KNOW how. The main thing you NEED to be doing is making sure all of your content SPEAKS to your audience / ideal client.

📝1. content pillars - (fancy word for categories) you don’t want to just post sales sales sales all the time. You need to mix it up and content pillars help you do exactly that.
🥅2. Specific goals - what was the purpose of that post? To get more followers? Increase engagement? Each post needs to have a goal
📲3. Call to action - you need to TELL your audience exactly what you want them to do. It’s not enough to assume they know!
👯‍♀️4. Connection opportunities - a chance for your audience to connect with you and create a meaningful conversation
📆5. A schedule or content calendar to help keep you on track
👩‍💻6. A purpose - each piece of content needs to have a specific reason for posting
