I adored setting the scene for their happy day by retelling their love story and supporting them both as they shared heartfelt vows & promises to each other in front of their family & friends. Stacey & Carl had a deeply personal wedding in many ways. As well as their personal & fun love story as part of their ceremony I adored their novel wooden love heart guest book, and their remembrance corner to honour those loved ones who weren’t at the wedding but who were in their thoughts.

Stacey & Carl really embraced the warm autumnal vibe with their wedding including boho pumpkins & scatterings of autumnal leaves in their ceremony & dining areas.

Stacey & Carl had a beautiful & personal autumnal wedding ceremony at Whitley Hall Hotel. I loved telling their unique & wonderful “love story” as part of their welcome & introduction to the ceremony. It was important to them both to include in their story how their close family & friends were so important in their relationship. Capturing the essence of their love, personalities & humour made their ceremony really personal, meaningful & like no other.

Charlotte had always dreamed of having her wedding on a farm, she & Jamie pulled it off in style. Surrounded by Charlotte’s horses, they had read their hilarious & also deeply romantic vows to each other under a tractor bucket arch. Their wedding rings were delivered by their dogs Reuben & Norman & they had an amazing Yorkshire brass band providing the ceremony soundtrack. It was awesome & I felt privileged to be chosen as Charlotte & Jamie’s wedding celebrant.

There are no “have to”s when it comes to your wedding. You choose your venue, your music, your food and guests so why not choose what type of ceremony you want to start your big day!

It was great getting to know Charlotte & Jamie face-to-face as they lived just across a couple of Sheffield’s valleys from me. Not only was I able to connect with them but also with Reuben & Norman their dogs & their horses who were all going to play their part in their personal & unique wedding ceremony. It was great fun!

Anita & Tomas first met at university whilst studying gaming & animation technology. They still love gaming which is why their ceremony music all came from Final Fantasy & similar.

As well as telling their wonderful, romantic & sometimes funny love story, Anita & Tomas also wanted a ceremony as beautiful & unique as their wedding venue & one that celebrated their cultural heritage.

So as well as romantic personal vows & a traditional ring exchange, Anitha and Tomas had a Maalai Matrudhal flower garland exchange and a handfasting to “tie the knot”.
