The nerves making my first platters in the UK were REAAAAALLL!! But I’m so SO incredibly happy with how these turned out 🤩 ⁣

I managed to fit 6 different varieties of cheese in these tiny boxes and each box had a packet of crackers and red onion chutney on the side. IN LOVE! ❤️ let the plattering journey begin 💃💃

Finally made it to London and after a couple of weeks relaxing, I decided to treat my friends to a platter. Haven’t made one in almost 3 weeks now and it felt SO GREAT to be back in my zone doing what I love - creating EDIBLE ART! ⁣⁣

Threw this together in about 10 minutes without any of the fluff - simple but beautiful and it went down a treat! Can’t wait to officially open Platter It Up UK! Still laying our ground work but it’s coming VERY SOON! 💃⁣

Hey to everyone visiting this page! WELCOME TO MY HAPPY PLACE ✨ I’m Nima and here’s me doing what makes me happy - plattering it up! ⁣

So a little background - I started a small platter business in my little island home of Sri Lanka called .lk almost 4 years ago. I’ve been lucky to see it grow and become something I’m incredibly proud of. However, I’ve decided that it’s time for a change of scenery so I’m making a (kinda big/scary) decision to move to London and I thought why not take my love for all things platters and grazing with me! ⁣

Starting from scratch is not going to be easy and it’s definitely going to be a rollercoaster of a ride, but if it’s anything like how it was with .lk, then I’m so excited to be doing it all over again! ⁣

I can’t wait to start plattering it up in the UK 🇬🇧 so nervous but mostly SUPER EXCITED!!
