Pour your passion into every glass! The Hidden Garden is seeking skilled bar staff to work at multiple events and craft extraordinary experiences at all our events.

Events include; Henley Royal Regatta, Royal Berkshire Polo club, private parties & more

As the heartbeat of our bars, you'll mix, shake, and serve with flair.

Starting work from July and training from June, we have the following positions available:

🍹 Bar Manager
🍹 Bar Staff
🍹 Bar Backs
🍹 Porters

As a very customer facing role applicants must be confident in talking to guests, maintaining a high standard of service at all times, be presentable and be able to work in a team.

While luxury event experience is a bonus, it's not required.
However, applicants with prior event experience and cocktail expertise will be prioritised.
Applicants for bar manager and staff must be over 18.
Bar backs over 16.

Hourly pay starts from £12 to £18, based on the role and your expertise behind the bar.

Naive had a Fantastic week last week! Only now getting round to doing this…

We Had the pleasure of being invited and introduced to some a incredible new businesses, venues and inspiring people.

As always remember I’m not a photographer so apologies for photo quality 🤦‍♂️

Firstly it was - an amazing car company based at silverstone transforming the finest and oldest classic cars into electric. To allow generations to enjoy these cars in an environmentally friendly way.

With a month of riverside dining on offer in their Mediterranean Al Fresco Spot, The Hidden Garden will host an array of summer events from Wednesdays to Sundays. Each Saturday, their luxury space will be transformed, immersing you into Cuban Havana Nights and Ibiza on The Thames.

NAIVE PRODUCTIONS is looking for staff to help run two venues this summer on the riverbanks of Henley-on-Thames from the 6th of July to the 1st of August.

Naive Productions, is a specialist event planning and design company based in Henley. We create and produce extraordinary public and private events, such as The Hidden Garden launched at Henley Royal Regatta 2019.

We are looking for hard working and fun individuals, who have a keen interest in luxury events and hospitality. The right individuals will enjoy working as a team in a varied environment.

The positions available include:
Hostesses
Bar staff
Mixologists
Floor staff
Floor managers
Bar managers
Porters

The job would suit individuals local to the area. Due to our location having access to your own transport is important.

Applicants must be 18 or over, Experience in events and hospitality would be beneficial but not essential as training will be provided to the right applicants.
