Pour your passion into every glass! The Hidden Garden is seeking skilled bar staff to work at multiple events and craft extraordinary experiences at all our events.
Events include; Henley Royal Regatta, Royal Berkshire Polo club, private parties & more
As the heartbeat of our bars, you'll mix, shake, and serve with flair.
Starting work from July and training from June, we have the following positions available:
🍹 Bar Manager
🍹 Bar Staff
🍹 Bar Backs
🍹 Porters
As a very customer facing role applicants must be confident in talking to guests, maintaining a high standard of service at all times, be presentable and be able to work in a team.
While luxury event experience is a bonus, it's not required.
However, applicants with prior event experience and cocktail expertise will be prioritised.
Applicants for bar manager and staff must be over 18.
Bar backs over 16.
Hourly pay starts from £12 to £18, based on the role and your expertise behind the bar.
