Today we had our yearly balfour Juniors year six leavers event. This time the teachers had a crack after all the kids and it's safe to say that Mr Williams is probably a secret member of the SAS.

Fantastic event and day today for the The Caldecott Foundation fun day. ☀️🌞🎉Fortunately the weather was on our side for the most part and all who took part had a great time. Due to legal reasons we were not able to capture action shots but this is what our arena and firing range set up looked like. Thanks again Caldecott. hopefully we'll see you again. (p.s) thanks for the burgers 🥴😉

Here's a selection of photos from our Event at Balfour Junior Academy back in July.

An action packed morning of roll-on/roll-off games for over 100 Year 6 pupils.

The young people were all respectful, safe and incredibly well-behaved, showcasing what a lovely school this is.

We are grateful that we were able to be a part of the Year 6 send-off, as they have now moved on to Secondary School!

Huge thanks to Balfour Junior Academy for allowing us to be a part of the celebrations!

Game modes we tried today consisted of: TDM, Elimination, Uplink and One in the chamber 🔥🔥🔥

Voltaic is an activity and events company that specialise in nerf blaster parties and events, catering initially for young people age 7+ with plans to cater for older teen/adult/work events in the near future. Our business merges our passions of video games - since this is what we grew up on - and working with young people, with our backgrounds in activity-leading and child care/education.

We feel that we are filling an obvious gap in the market, as our products are more heavily inspired by popular shooter games. This means that many of the exciting key elements and features of these games have been incorporated into our game modes, making for a completely unique event experience and setting us apart from the rest.

Our goal is to provide fun, educational and meaningful experiences for young people, encouraging teamwork and enhancing social and communication skills. We will also look to formulate many new custom game modes and build even further upon our current ideas, incorporating even more of the most interesting concepts from the video games that young people love. In time, we hope to open our own site and expand across the UK to provide these enriching experiences to as many young people as we can.
