From Freddie has been started to help families who find themselves in hospital without any warning. We want to provide bags / care packages of necessities from things like toothbrushes and toiletries, to energy drinks and snack bars as I know from personal experience, it’s the little things that make the most difference when you are going through something unimaginable.
So in order to raise money to create these from Freddie bags I wrote a cookbook with some of our favourite summer recipes.
