All my ribbons are made using a foil that I don't recommend washing. I can however offer a red, black and blue foil that is washable up to 30 degrees, I have now added gold and silver to the washable list. Once a ribbon has been approved, there are no returns unless the item is faulty. Please make sure you have spelt any message that you send through correctly as mistakes cannot be rectified once
printed. I give the best service that I am able to and put my customers first. Please allow time for the design to be made and for approval time, this may be more than a couple of days if I am waiting for an answer in return. Because of Covid, we all know that there are delays in obtaining stock, please if I have not got enough of a colour of ribbon, I will do my very best to get it from my supplier, but this takes a couple of days. Thank you.

I have just finished a new ribbon. The customer wanted white but decided on gold when I told him the white would not stand out as well. He was really pleased. I cannot print something that I don’t think is right. I am not a high street where they just accept your order, I am a customer service through and through. I am just me, I am willing to lose a sale because of copyright. I will look after you. ❤️

I have just taken delivery of the most wonderful ‘Sage’ ribbon. 10mm, 15mm and 25mm. It is gorgeous, it looks so smooth.
The ribbon is a touch lighter than what I am seeing but I don’t know what your colour setting are. I need to experiment with foil colours.

Has anybody sold to the Czech Republic? Would you send it recorded, registered any anything else to make the order secure and safe. This is through EBay which is a bit odd as I just put UK for my sales. Do I have to change my listing just for the one order. I understand I have to complete customs forms etc. Any help once again would be appreciated.

What I thought was a cold has turned out to be synusitis. I googled if you can get a cold after visiting the dentist - the answer is yes and a lot more besides. I walked out of the dentist after having X-rays literally with an itchy and burning throat. Now tell me it was a coincidence!!!!! Another £28.00 to sit in the dentist chair to get a prescription. Oh well, I hope the antibiotics kick in soon as the bones in my cheek are killing me and don’t mention the toothache. I will be back laughing soon ######.

Let’s have a badge a day. When we used to swap and collect pin badges all the time. You can have anything printed onto the satin ribbon. Comes with a safety pin - random colour. Let me know if you want the ribbon just printed and not assembled.

When you are not feeling too great but have a lightbulb moment. All these have a safety pin on the back just to make sure they don’t pop open or little ones don’t find the end of the pop stud.
