Jane’s design-led wedding had florals at the heart of the concept, and working with talented florists she created an impactful, summery floral design for her outside ceremony and reception.

We stepped into Jane’s wedding planning journey a few weeks before the big day as her coordinator. This wedding was a true joy to be a part of, especially as we watched the space transform with the most stunning floral designs that brought the entire day to life. From managing the setup to liaising with suppliers, we ensured every detail came together seamlessly so our couple could simply enjoy their day.

As your wedding coordinators, our role is to take the pressure off in the final weeks leading up to your wedding and on the big day itself. We’re here to navigate the logistics, solve problems before they arise, and handle all the behind-the-scenes work so you can focus on spending time with your partner and getting excited for you big day!

✨Can a Wedding Planner help me save money?
Yes! With our industry connections and knowledge of where to prioritize your budget, we often help couples avoid costly mistakes and find great value without compromising on quality.

✨ How do you choose the suppliers you use?
We work with trusted suppliers who align with our standards for quality, professionalism, and creativity. We recommend those we know will deliver excellence and fit your unique style.

✨How many weddings do you plan a year?
We take on a limited number of weddings each year to ensure each couple gets the support and attention they deserve. Quality over quantity is our top priority!

✨Do you plan destination weddings?
Yes, we love destination weddings! From Europe to somewhere beachy and sunny, we handle all the logistics to make planning a wedding abroad as stress-free as possible.

✨When should I start planning my wedding?
The sooner, the better! We recommend starting at least 12-18 months in advance to secure your dream venue and suppliers. But we can certainly work with shorter timescales, we've planned all types of weddings in timeframes as short as 3 months.

Don’t Make These Wedding Mistakes! 

If you are debating whether or not to work with a wedding planner for your big day, let me bring you in a few wedding details we always ensure we plan for our couples. 

If you haven't been to over 75 weddings like we have, then you might not have picked up a few of these minor elements that can make a huge difference to the flow and enjoyment of your wedding day. 

So we thought we would share a handful of tips that we always suggest to our couples that they include:

Music for the Cake Cutting: The last thing you want is quiet or random talking when you are cutting your cake. Instead, you want to create a fun, lively atmosphere for this moment! So choose a favourite song for your band to play in the background. 

Confetti choices: Depending on the vibe you want for your confetti moment, the colour, size, shape and material really matter. Also ask your confetti provider how much confetti they would recommend per person to ensure you have enough for a statement confetti photo! 

Childcare Arrangements: If you’re inviting lots of little ones to your wedding reception, then organising a nanny or creche means their parents can relax and enjoy the celebration while their kids are well cared for.

Pre-Ceremony Music: Welcoming your guests with background music or live musicians as they arrive sets the mood and creates an inviting atmosphere from the very start.
