You might not know how I started in the events industry...
So I thought I would share a brief background of how I ended up as a luxury wedding and events planner!
I started nearly 11 years ago working in the third sector for national and regional charities. I found that I really enjoyed and was great at connecting with people, providing helpful services, being organised and relished any opportunity to organise and host events like galas and corporate networking meetings. I knew that I wanted to find a role that would fulfill my passion for delighting people, use my Fine Art degree and creative knowledge further and run my own business.
After 6 years in this sector working across the UK and in Australia, I branched out into planning private events and weddings and found a community of suppliers and clients that I am passionate about 🤍
Using my skills as a calm, problem-solving, creative event planner - I now have the amazing opportunity to build meaningful connections with my couples so I can bring their dream wedding to life!
I bring my unwavering enthusiasm and support to each wedding or event I plan and I am constantly inspired and excited to work with couples who love my laid-back-meets-luxury wedding planning style 🤍

Ashleigh and Leigh’s love story ❤️
This transatlantic wedding welcomed Ashleigh’s family from America and Leigh’s from the UK for a very special weekend wedding, celebrating their joy and love at Hinwick House.
They opted for a champagne and cake drinks reception in the courtyard of historic Pusey House Chapel in Oxford where they first met and hosted their family afterwards at Hinwick House with blues music and bowl food.

I’m a wedding planner living in Surrey with my husband and naughty sausage dog, Max
This is me cutting the first samples of fabric for a new sister business creating bespoke pattern fabrics for weddings & events. No matter how exciting this is, it’s also the thing that keeps me up at night wondering if I can do this & if it’s a good idea.
I went to university in Southampton and have a Fine Art Degree as well as Textiles and Art qualifications.
I’ve always loved creating, from learning to knit & sew with my Grandma, to playing with fabric and texture and more recently painting or illustrating on procreate. Crafting something from nothing has always been my little piece of home.
I love to plan weddings for couples who are kind, joyous, authentic and want to create their own haven of creative romantic magic for the weekend.
My current playlist is the same 5 country songs on repeat with some random dance tracks thrown in.
My book and most film choice’s are fantasy / sci-fi the thicker the book the better. 🚩 I always read the last page of a book first.
I married my husband last year and know exactly how it feels to be planning a wedding. And it only renewed my sense of importance in creating a fun planning journey for my couples. After all the anticipation of an event is half the excitement anyway.
