• Must know how to make Nadan South Indian as well as other known Indian dishes.
• Has previous experience working in busy restaurants/takeaways.
• Ideally has a UK licence (This is preferred).
• Work more than one job in the kitchen at once.
• Manage and ensure a clean and safe working environment.
