We’re back baby! 🙌🏻

Today we met for the first time after Rebecca’s unexpected time off. It felt GREAT!!! We had a good old catch up on everything that’s been going on over the last couple of weeks and we’re prepped for the final push to Christmas! 🎄

Of course we had a cheeky Prosecco 🥂 over lunch to celebrate becoming the Best Wedding Planners in the South West at the awards in late November. 🥂

A huge, huge thank you to all the love and support you’ve shown us over the last few weeks, for Rebecca and for our win! We are genuinely so grateful to every single one of you. 💕

A festive time at last night for our annual wreath making which has been a lovely tradition over the last four years! 🎄✨

This one was extra special, Rebecca has been through a real tough time over the last two weeks and it’s the longest we’ve not seen each other! I gave her the BIGGEST hug! 💕

A nostalgic look back at a bright July day when we captured the shoot of our dreams at . We won’t deny it; the outcome was truly exceptional, thanks to our amazing supplier team. 💕

Pauntley Court, along with its stunning gardens surrounding the unique house, truly evokes an Italian ambiance, which was exactly the vibe we aimed for. If you can't travel to Italy, what could be better?

From refreshing limoncello spritz to a delightful feast beneath the hornbeam arches, it was a complete success, and even the weather cooperated! ☀️

Frannie & James 💍

Holly and Rebecca planned the day of our dreams. As an American/Brit couple living in Kenya and getting married in the UK (with a mother of the bride in California!) we were needing a lot of help with both the big and small things when it came to wedding planning.
Holly and Rebecca delivered on all fronts. They were fabulous throughout the planning process - brought in suppliers when we needed support, suggested more cost effective suppliers where they had connections, kept us on time with regards to planning (without ever stressing us out) and they held fast to our vision the entire time. They were flexible with last minute changes and made sure that our day went forward without a hitch.
On the day of the wedding I can’t imagine a better source of support. They coordinated across all of our vendors with ease, grace and amazing attention to detail. Even figured out how to mend a broken bridal shoe! An absolute joy to work with.

We couldn’t recommend Holly enough, she goes above and beyond in what she does for you in all stages of your wedding preparations and day. She was always on hand with helpful tips in the planning stages all the way up to the actual day and even afterwards. She is the ultimate professional and takes great pride in her work.

She has fantastic contacts with local suppliers which really helped when getting things booked in the planning stages. This was also great on the day of the wedding as she had already worked with the majority of our suppliers previously so this was reassuring in knowing things would run smoothly on the day.

💕A particular moment that stands out as a way in which she goes above and beyond, was when she came to our rehearsal at the church and we realised that some paperwork from the council was missing. She completely took over, taking the stress away from us and even drove to Stroud to collect this for us (all on a Friday evening as well!) allowing us to go to the pub with our friends who had travelled down to be with us for the day.💕

She is a total star and we couldn’t recommend her enough to newly engaged couples planning their wedding.

This past week we’ve had to turn down 5 couples all looking for on the day coordination in 2025. If you’re looking for a coordinator, we are SO, SO useful in the planning of your wedding as well as the final details and on the day.

That’s why our on the day package includes unlimited communication and extra zoom calls as standard. 🩷

We hate turning couples down, so if you are thinking of hiring a Wedding Coordinator make sure you do it sooner rather than later. 🩷

Word of mouth is one of the strongest powers of helping wedding suppliers. We were lucky enough that Georgie and Duncan got to see us supporting Georgie’s brother and now wife, Frannie during their wedding.

Having an email from a Best Man is something we have a few times a year, normally an ask to support them in their speech…

A first for me this year though, being asked to parade around the wedding barn with a life size cut out of the groom on his stag do! ✨

We are ABSOLUTELY there to make anyone’s day easier! It was clear that it was a really important part of the Best Man’s speech and he’d put so much thought in to it. Including the song Britney ‘Toxic’ being played!

Both L & J work in ✈️ so it was a perfect part to the best man’s story.

And these photos are an amazing example of why I love being a Wedding Coordinator. I get to Help people, I get to have fun whilst doing that and it honestly fills my heart knowing that I can take stress away from someone on their best day ever. Just like Rebecca did for me back in 2019. 🩷

Wow… it’s hard to believe we’re actually writing this! 🥹

We are thrilled to announce that the judges have chosen us as Regional Finalists for the South West alongside 6 other incredible Planners and Coordinators 🩷

When we received our nomination just a week before the deadline, we were truly overwhelmed. The encouraging feedback from our eligible couples gave us an incredible boost. 🥰✨

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who voted for us; reaching the regional finals feels like a dream come true. 🩷🩷🩷🩷

Are we sisters?! 🩷

One of our FAQ’s! The answer is….

No, we’re friends! We met in 2018 when I (Holly) chose our wedding venue and Rebecca was our wedding planner. We hit it off right away and have been friends ever since.

I said to Rebecca early on in a planning meeting - I’d love your job! It’s literally been my dream since I was little! Rebecca then said well if you’re serious I need help! I’ll teach you everything I know.

Fast forward to 2022, we officially decided to create Holly and Rebecca Weddings. ✨We’d been working together for years anyway.

I’m the younger one by 6 years, yet I suffer 10 times worse with the hangovers and she can drink me under the table! 😂🥂

This June wedding feels like yesterday and yet we’re nearly in September… 🤯

Wedding season has flown by as usual but this year seems to be quicker than any other.

We’re often asked about enjoying the downtime, winter and being quiet… the truth is we’re happiest when with our couples, on their wedding day ensuring that their day is their best ever. Picking up the jobs list, solving the problems and meeting all their amazing guests. 🩷

So if you asked us for our honest answer… it would be yes, we do love to be slightly less hectic than the summer months however, we actually miss the weddings when we aren’t doing them. 😔

We have availability from November - April 25 so if you’re looking for your wedding PA, a problem solver, your undercover bridesmaid, someone to literally take the strain of planning off your shoulders so you can be totally present.
