Obviously it is completely up to you who you would like to make a speech on your special day.

Traditionally it is the father of the bride, groom, and the best man that make the speeches, in that order.

However, it is becoming more common for the bride and bridesmaids or maid of honour to also make speeches.

If this is the case for your wedding then the order would normally go:
Father of the bride, groom, bride, bridesmaids/ maid of honour, best man.

It’s your day so you do what feels right to you!
