One of my favorite food when I was in Thailand 🇹🇭
Hae-Kuen (แฮกึ้น) with plum sauce; Crispy prawn roll in tofu skin.
Minced prawn, pork, soya sauce, pepper, potato starch , sugar, tofu skin.
Rolled, steamed , deep fry & enjoy 😋

Homemade pork gyoza with ponzu sauce. 🥟
Gyoza wrapper ; plain flour & water.
Filling ; minced pork, cabbage, garlic, ginger, soya sauce & sesame oil.
Ponzu sauce ( Japanese citrus dipping sauce); soya sauce, yuzu juice, mirin & sake.
