This journey has introduced me to some incredible players—suppliers, mates, and familiar faces in the industry. The support has been real. The true hustlers pushing this industry forward are the real people. They’re the ones innovating, breaking boundaries, and creating the products we rely on today.

The truth is, like many others in the sh**ha game, we all started off with limited knowledge. We had the interest, sure, but knowledge? That was lacking. Back then, I started off with those cheap, China-made pipes sold in Dubai. I thought I had it all figured out. But thankfully man, the crucial part of any business started to kick start in me. I started to gain more and more deeper knowledge which sparked that inner passion and obsession turning the whole game into love for the craft that it is today.

We’ve come a long way, side by side, reshaping the market, launching new products, and sharing our drive with everyone. We’re doing our part to keep this industry alive. Without this collective effort, we wouldn’t be in a position to bring you the finest sh**ha pipes and products from around the world straight to you, your events, special occasions and of course, your door.

A few years ago, during the COVID-19 pandemic, our business was thriving. We were busy from start to finish, and it felt non-stop—Alhamdulillah. However, one of the biggest challenges I faced was the time it took to travel back and forth to the unit to prepare new orders, secure them in the seats with belts, and then deliver them to customers. It became clear that we needed to change quickly to maximise efficiency and speed up deliveries. We had to think creatively about how to make our business fully mobile, only returning to the unit to restock the van before hitting the road again for pickups and drop-offs.

This was a pivotal moment for our business. With the support of a good friend, Mick, we created what might be the first-ever fully mobile sh**ha kitchen in a van. This experience remains one of my best memories. I really, really enjoyed that time. Building something by hand that significantly impacted my business was incredibly rewarding. As a result, we halved our delivery times and could set up anywhere to make sh**has and deliver on the go! It truly transformed our business, and we are forever grateful for that decision—Alhamdulillah.
