Some graft was put in yesterday to produce amazing homemade buffets for some of our lovely customers … I learnt to make our homemade gyoza when I lived in Kanazawa, Japan, and used to frequent the local pot-sticker restaurant called Dai Nana Gyoza. Fab memories that still inspire me today! 🥟

I thought you lovely lot might enjoy some photos of the after-gig food that was enjoyed by one of our beloved customers Andrew and his friends last night … you may even recognise the lead singer from The Real Thing, Chris Amoo and his beautiful wife Julie. If you didn’t already know, the members of The Real Thing were finally given the well deserved and rightful award of Honorary Citizens of the City of Liverpool this week.
