One of our many projects this year, but one which stood out, was designing an #immersive experience for surgeons to demo medical equipment to fellow surgeons/colleagues… we created a special set up for the surgery to take place and a set up we will now roadshow to many venues all over the UK and Europe.
Whether this be needed to create the right immersive experience/ environment in a hotel, venue, meeting room, booth, on stage, as part of a symposium etc etc this can be used anywhere to create the immersive operating theatre environment we strived to accomplish through our set up.
All the branding/ messaging for the med tech company runs the entire outer sides of the light boxes so they can be used both ways!
Safe to say we can’t wait for the next roadshow next month 🩺🩻👌

What an absolutely awesome night we had at Candlelit Valentines - Guildhall York as a guest of Alistair Griffin who kindly invited us along…

The setting, atmosphere, sound, song choices, mix of the string quartet and Alistair singing and pianist mix all balanced it all out perfectly. The candles make it so magical.
Other companies do this (similar idea) across the UK but we are all for supporting local! So book Ignite Concerts this year and support this small, local business.
They did our “wedding walk out down the aisle song”🎵 and some other songs which hold a very special place in our hearts ❤️
The whole thing was romantic, magical and very, very, beautiful. We can’t wait to continue to keep in touch with this amazing team! We love knowing other event professionals in the city.

Gosh where did that week go!?
Faye has been on the road to York, London, & Leeds…. Super busy week and a mega busy end to 2024… lots of site inspections, some very festive hotel lobby’s, various meetings, a lot of Christmas trees and a whole lot of coffee….
But we won’t complain 😉
So today, our Director Faye had a very special day being hosted for a meeting with a client at the beautiful Harewood House over a delightful afternoon tea!
We didn’t know this venue could be used for private hire, Christmas Parties, Private Dinners, Team Building days, Corporate Events, Afternoon Teas etc and actually it was Faye’s first ever time over the doorstep!
The building and setting is simply beautiful and the house as a venue has so much to offer…. If you haven’t been it is well worth a visit!!
We can’t wait to return to explore the grounds as today was very wet to say the least!
