As well as unforgettable weddings, we also plan private events—and when it comes to surprise parties, a 2000s emo theme is *right up our street*! 🖤🎶🎤

This epic party was planned for the most incredible American client. There’s effort… and then there’s **Katelyn effort**

A stately home for the weekend, black décor galore (pretty sure Diane is still recovering from blowing up all those balloons), amazing catering, photobooths; beer pong and a PA system for their own DJ sets.

We took care of *everything*, from coordinating taxi arrivals to delivering breakfast the next day.

We’re your event BFFs—here to make it stress-free, seamless, and unforgettable. (Even with a 5 hour time difference!)

Whether you’re dreaming of a festival in a field, an elegant marquee, a rustic barn, or a stunning stately home like , we’re here to help you find your PERFECT venue!

Our full planning package includes a venue search, but we also offer this as a standalone service if you’re struggling to find THE one.

There are SO many incredible venues you might not have heard of—enjoy the process of being engaged 💍 and visiting different places. Remember, it’s a journey, not a destination!

So, how can we help?

**Step One:**

You’ll receive our wedding venue questionnaire, where we’ll ask for details about your preferred location, the key factors you value in a venue, and possible wedding dates.

**Step Two:**

After you respond, we’ll create a document with up to 10 venue options that match your criteria, including all brochures. From there, you can choose 3 venues to visit (though feel free to explore all 10 if you’d like!).

**Step Three:**

We’ll send you a detailed comparison of prices, availability, conditions, advantages, and disadvantages for your 3 shortlisted venues. Then, the fun part—site visits! 🥂

**Step Four **

Once you’ve picked your dream venue, we’ll secure your booking and send over the venue’s event team details so you can continue planning your wedding 💍.

S U P P L I E R S ✨

I’ve met some WONDERFUL suppliers… and a few not-so-great ones too.

From décor that’s seen better days to DJs stuck on repeat, frozen cake disasters, and rude people (my *biggest* pet peeve), the industry isn’t without its challenges.

BUT, let me tell you, the good ones? They make up for it all. 🙌

- Marquee teams staying late to get every detail just right.
- Cake makers who pitch in helping with other jobs
- Florists adding those extra blooms to elevate your day.
- Prep teams that act like an extra Bridesmaid
- Photographers sharing sneak peeks because they’re as excited as you are.

The incredible ones? They don’t just deliver – they *care*. 🖤

Remember: A good wedding planner will connect you with suppliers who match your vision perfectly. If you’re sourcing on your own, here’s my advice:

1️⃣ Do your research.
2️⃣ Don’t rush with excitement and book the first ones
3️⃣ Choose people who feel like *your people*
4️⃣ Know your budget - everyone has one (even million pound weddings) Don’t be afraid to talk about it.

**Wedding Trends: My Personal In & Out List!**

Following my 18-year-old’s expert NY resolution vibes, I couldn’t resist sharing my own wedding resolutions for the year ahead:

**IN:**

✨ *Styled food stations with vintage silver vibes*
✨ *Curved tables*
✨ *Smaller guest lists*—it’s all about creating an unforgettable guest experience!
✨ *Single-tier Italian-style cakes* (so chic)
✨ *Draping, draping, and MORE draping*
✨ *Bold splashes of colour*
✨ *Tomatoes over fruit* (yes, you read that right!)

**OUT:**

🙅‍♀️ *Sage green* (I know, I said it! Sorry… 😂)
🙅‍♀️ *Traditional ‘rules’*—let’s rewrite the script!
🙅‍♀️ *Huge guest lists filled with people you barely know*
🙅‍♀️ *One-day weddings*—why not make it a weekend celebration?
🙅‍♀️ Disco balls (Hey I love a statement disco ball but think tinsel chandeliers and epic lighting too)

POV: You’ve married the love of your life, and happiness radiates from every moment. 😍

There are weddings, and then there are *Knight* weddings. Every detail, thoughtfully curated to tell a beautiful story—from the origins of the champagne to the heartfelt photos on display. From a Dubai-style buffet featuring their favourite curry house dishes to a dance floor alive with Ibiza classics by the incredible Ellie Sax. Personalised coffee cups honouring their beloved family pets, Wrexham Lager on draught, and every other detail perfectly tailored—it couldn’t have been more them.

Incredible people, touching speeches, and the dreamiest suppliers made this day unforgettable.

What a year it’s been working alongside the Founding Members of WBCA for the second time in a row!

Their commitment to Wrexham’s business and community? Absolutely inspiring. From the first meeting to the last pre-event prep, they’ve shown what true leadership looks like.

The best part for me? The trust they’ve placed in my ideas and their encouragement to try something new. Who wants to blend in when you can stand out?!

This year’s event theme, *Heritage — Celebrating the Past, Present, and Future of Wrexham*, was so special. ✨

Our goal was to leave guests feeling inspired by the winners’ stories and excited about the future we’re building together — and judging by the vibes in the room, we did just that!

Amazing winners. Amazing suppliers. Amazing night. Oh, and a surprise birthday song for me that I *never* could have imagined three years ago. 🎉
