What's on my mind? FB asks me before I write my post....

Ive just received our first non recommendation in nearly 10 years of business and I'm absolutely gutted 🥺

The issue was ours. Our new roaming booths requires strong WiFi connection to print photos instantly unfortunately the WiFi connection at a venue had a firewall which was deactivated for us but remained weak due to the adverse weather conditions on the night.

We resolved with an alternative booth and assurances of digital images by email but of course a client wants the printed copy for the guestbook so we failed.

I hate that word I hate letting anyone down. On reflection we should have had our own WiFi router to ensure this never happened but we didn't. We do now.

Reflection and resolve will always be the key to our success

Glamour Events Hire prides themselves on honesty openness and personal service long may that continue

Passionate about quality and FUN our mission is to provide exceptional services and WOW factor styling to create the weddings and events people wont stop talking about!
