We're back out again! You can find us at festival in Great Yarmouth for the next 3 days. There's an amazing programme of outdoor arts and circus coming to venues across the town, and loads of it's free!
We're pitched up in St George's park, where the opening party kicks off tomorrow at 5pm. And we'll be there from 12noon - 11pm on Friday and Saturday too. Find us between the beer tent and live music stage!
We're bringing our sourdough flatbread wraps, gf salad bowls, and this - our super-popular-at-the-moment black dal nachos (think your mexican fave with an Indian street food twist).

This weekend we're joining for their fairy fair! We'll be serving bowls and snacks (no wraps this time) alongside some awesome other food traders - and all food on site is veggie/vegan 🥳
The activities onsite look fantastic so make sure to get your tickets asap as there aren't many left!

A lovely day was had at Asparagus Festival. Our griddled asparagus special wrap was a colourful and tasty affair, with delicious fresh asparagus from the farm itself. And the event raised £755 for Brain Tumor Research! Well done Emma and team 👏🏻

We've just been to collect some lovely asparagus from ahead of their Asparagus Festival on Sunday! We'll be there serving our wraps and salad bowls, with an asparagus special on the menu! There will be lots of other food and craft stalls, a bar and live music, plus perhaps most importantly... sunshine 🌞😎 (and of course a shed load of asparagus!)

Happy Earth Day! We're going to be on the UEA campus this thursday, at the sustainable market being held as part of their GreenFest activities. We'll be serving up hot sourdough flatbread wraps, loaded salad bowls and snacks - all plant-based and using fresh local produce - from 11am to 4pm on The Street. Please come say hello 👋🏻 🌱

Spring is here! After a brief venture out of hibernation at the start of March we decided it was still too cold and windy, and retreated straight back into it 😅 BUT, we've got a few events lined up this month so rest assured we're dusting ourselves off!
You can now find an events calendar on our website which we're gradually populating with most of our upcoming bookings, so do check that out. The first one is Wymondham Abbey Spring Fair this Saturday 6th, 11am-4pm! And it's currently set to be a balmy 19 degrees - almost tropical that 😎

Celeriac Shawarma wrap, new on the menu today. Slow roasted celeriac in our shawarma spice marinade, locally grown salad leaves, root slaw, a lemony garlic & mint sauce, chilli sauce, sumac pickled onions - all wrapped up in a warm sourdough flatbread.
Available here in Aylsham today until 2pm!

We're here in Aylsham, at outside the Co-op, until 2pm today! Got a new celeriac shawarma wrap, and a mushroom, nut 'feta' & pesto wrap on the menu - as well as the old favourite satay tofu! 🌱 Plus some baked treats on the counter.

Hello! We've been in hibernation for a couple of months here at Rambling Roots, but we are very much still here and have been busy planning for the spring and summer season. We can't wait to get back out there feeding you!
Saturday 2nd March will be our first event of the year - At in Aylsham market square from 9am - 2pm! We'll be serving some of our sourdough wraps and salad bowls, as well as some baked snacks...

We'll be serving our sourdough flatbread wraps with fillings inspired by world cuisines, as well as our black dal nachos (our popular Indian-Mexican fusion dish!), and maybe a few other delights...

Festive squash wrap hitting our menu for Wymondham Wynterfest tomorrow! 🌟🎄
Roasted butternut squash, red onion and chestnuts, with sage pesto, cranberry sauce, winter slaw, mixed leaves and toasted pumpkin seeds, in a fluffy sourdough flatbread.
Also returning, our warming squash and bean chilli bowl 🌶️ as well as satay tofu and tandoori mushroom wraps
Annnd... sticky toffee pudding pots! 🍮

This Sunday we're changing things up a little and will be serving some delicious sourdough toasties at Christmas Market (the Forum, 10am - 4pm) as well as some warming soup and dal for dunking those crusts in!
This is our Korean inspired toastie with cauliflower roasted in a sticky gochujang marinade, homemade kimchi, spring onions, sesame, and lots of melty cheese. 100% plant based as always, and we hope 100% tasty too!

No markets for us this week! But here's a little throwback to last Sunday at Gressenhall Apple Day. We served a couple of seasonal specials including this Autumn Chilli Bowl which combined a warming squash, apple and fava bean chilli, with root and apple slaw, and our own homemade chilli & apple hot sauce.
And for a sweet treat ➡️ our sticky toffee apple pud pots went down a storm. GF as well as vegan and using locally grown Norfolk Royal apples.

We're here in Aylsham at until 2pm today! Hot sourdough wraps on the griddle, squashage rolls and black cherry brownies on the counter. 🌱It's Aylsham food festival and there are loads of stalls in the marketplace and town hall. Pop on down!

We're all set up at Snape Maltings ready for festival this weekend! Come find us in our picturesque spot facing the marsh, along with lots of other great new businesses.
We'll be serving our sourdough wraps and salad bowls, as well as some other delicious things, using lots of fresh local and seasonal veg - including this colourful haul we collected from .harvest yesterday!
