For one night only, we will be taking over a stunning hotel in the charming town of Knutsford.

You will get six delicious dishes handmade using the finest ingredients and a glass of fizz, all for just 49.99.

All you have to do to reserve a table is pay a small deposit of 20 per person.

You will be serving exciting modern Italian food at our weekly pop-up restaurant.

This role will give you flexibility and a competitive pay rate.

You will work alongside a small but friendly family team, one of Manchester’s most talked about new food concepts - we have recently featured on The Manc!

Lamb Gnocchi

Spring lamb in season I hard to beat. Especially when it's locally and ethically reared.

We've taken the juicy leg and gently braised it for 24 hours to make a silky rich red wine and herb Ragu. With real depth of flavour

We then bake potatoes and bind the mash with 00 flour and golden egg yolks to make our signature fluffy gnocchi

There are very little ingredients to this dish and in pasta co fashion everything is made from scratch even the whipped ricotta cheese.

This dish will be on our spring menu when we take over the popular
