I am a fully qualified independent celebrant, of a friendly approachable nature, gaining an accredited National Diploma from the Centre of Excellance. I am a member of the Association of Independent Celebrants. My desire to become a celebrant stems from my love of people and listening to their life stories.
I have recently given up my career in nursing after over 30 years, whereby over that time I have honed my ability to listen, laugh, care, sympathise and empathise, which are great attributes for a celebrant.
As a Celebrant, I will work closely with you to design your unique and personalised ceremony. This gives you the opportunity to have a truly bespoke and memorable day.
The services I offer are Weddings, Funerals, Memorial services (human/pet), Naming ceremonies, Renewal of Vows and if so required Divorce Healing ceremonies.
A celebrant led wedding gives you the chance to explore various options of what you want included in your special day.
Having been a registered nurse, I understand the sensitivity surrounding the death of a loved one and the impact it can have. I would like to help you make their final journey uniquely bespoke and memorable to family and friends.
During the past eighteen months, funeral services changed dramatically, with those wishing to pay their respects in person unable to do so. A memorial service is a beautiful way of acknowledging a life that is loved.
Having grandchildren around us highlights the importance of celebrating new life and I am excited to also offer bespoke naming ceremonies for children of any age.
Sometimes, life throws some challenges at us that we overcome through love and determination. We don’t always show our feelings towards our significant others as life gets busy, what better way to show your commitment after those years of togetherness by celebrating and renewing the vows you pledged to each other on your wedding day, in front of family and friends.
