C A K E . S T Y L I N G . Size isn’t everything. It’s how you style it ✨

Whether you’re keen for your wedding cake to take centre stage or are opting for a dessert table that expresses your personality, deciding where and how to present your sweet treats is important in adding a ‘memorable moment’ to your day.

And it doesn’t have to cost the earth. Here, we foraged for cow parsley as the only decoration needed for this beautiful, pressed flower cake creation by letting the interior architecture at do the rest.

F u n t a b l e c e n t r e s ✨ Injecting personality into your wedding centrepieces is always a good idea.

Get creative with table names, incorporate flowers from your favourite places, and be brave with colour - if that’s your vibe.

Caron & Ross chose to name their tables after favourite tipples. Their hero flower was a South African Protea after their favourite travel destination. Caron’s favourite colours were pink and green - we recommended adding a splash of yellow to the palette to elevate the scheme and invite a splash of sunshine to the tables. We opted to supply peachy stone plinths to tables instead of the more commonly seen log slices to keep the palette muted and sleek.

The result - a personalised wedding scheme that is original and at the same time, timeless. ✨

Here are our top 3 styling tips:

Tip 1 - think 𝓂𝑜𝑜𝒹 rather than individual items.
Tip 2 - always include candles. Like, every single time.
Tip 3 - consider everyone’s view. This might affect flower centrepiece choices and decorations.
