I’ve had my first buried sausage wedding (that I know of 😅🫣😂) - the weather was definitely on their side! ☀️

Here’s some dessert prep from today’s awesome wedding! N&M were beautiful! Knowing the couple makes it so much more special being a part of their big day too! (Although slightly more stressful!😂😂😂).

The grooms speech was textbook! Truly from the heart and full of emotion. And there was REALLLL fruit cake too 😍👌🏼 we love cutting up your cake to see what’s inside!

Lovely meeting Claire from .a.r.e_p.h.o.t.o can’t wait to see the pics you captured from today!

‘Bounty’ coconut brownie. Dairy and gluten free and packed full of coconut! It smelt like summer in the kitchen today!😂😂😂 setting nicely in the fridge ready for Sunday!
have steam trains running all day Sunday, book in advance to save on ticket admission prices. Tickets available on the door

Celebrating 50 years of marriage tomorrow! Looking forward to a lovely lunch and evening event tomorrow in Acton.

Great to be working with too. They went above and beyond with some last minute client requests. Definitely a marquee company we recommend!! 💯 more pics to follow tomorrow!! If I’ve not melted 😂😂😂

Slow roasted pork belly, with pulled pork shoulder, roasted apple mash & green bean mix with a cider jus. Just one of the many options on our full menu or a slight tweak of this on our budget menu option too. Proper portions! You won’t be hungry afterwards 😍👌🏼😂

Didn’t manage to get a final pic before we served, but the prawns added even more colour to this meat & seafood paella on Saturday. Served as family service with bowls of bread and salad on the tables.

Let’s share some supplier love! A massive shout out to for this amazing Ukrainian traditional honey cake for todays wedding at

Layers of perfection! Alongside two other cakes, which doubled as the clients dessert to finish their wedding breakfast of family service of paella & salad.

Nadiia has only been in England a few years and has built up her cake business from scratch. Definitely a cake maker to consider if you’re searching for something different!

⭐️ITS DAIRY AND GLUTEN FREEEEEEEE⭐️

There was clotted cream added here, but our famous brownies are fudgey, rich, chocolatey & set to perfection, all whilst being free from dairy and gluten. Our brownies go down a storm and one of the most popular options for event desserts! Whether it’s standing alone as a single dessert, or part of a duo or trio option!

We also sell a range of flavoured brownies at the cafe too!

Wow wow wow wow bloody wow wow!

What an awesome wedding today at with some amazingly awesome supplier friends and of course, an amazing couple too! Cannot wait to see from today, especially of the lush table settings they picked!

SVC couples/clients aren’t just a customer/invoice number, we grow to know them during the planning stage, they almost become like friends we speak that much!. Our events team meet them too at tastings and on set up day and then deliver on the event day itself. They have faces and names they know & trust!

Fran and Andy, thank you! For ending one hell of a mental June on such a stylish high!

The last two weeks have been pretty full on! Well, June in fact 😅😂. So very grateful for the team behind me, my work family! They’ve been absolute workhorses this last week especially! From preparing everything to setting up and delivering at the event. You guys rock! ❤️

One for caramel lovers! There’s not been some brownie love recently so here it is 😂😂

We have a quiet week catching up on admin, life and sleep after last weekend!😂😂 taking our total of guests this season over 1650 and we’re only a month in 😅😅😅

This weekend we are supporting another catering supplier, providing event management and service staff for a lovely wedding in Woodbridge.

We aren’t just food, we can assist with all different parts of your day!

2025 dates are getting closed off due to workload and looking forward to being a part of your special day/events ❤️

When a massive grain store turns into a function room! They’ll definitely be partying into the night! 😂

I truly cannot thank my team enough for tonight! Maldon young farmers 80th ball. Done!

From Thursday we were setting up the kitchens then the floor on Friday, to delivery of the event today, everyone done me proud!

One of my biggest events, for 300 guests, and they bloody aced it!

Emails will be responded to on Monday, now to sleep before the mass clear up tomorrow 🫣😂
