SAGE GREEN! ✨

Do I need menu cards for my guests?

It all comes down to personal preference. Many consider menu cards to be a standard component of wedding stationery. They’re a huge help to those with food allergies and dietary requirements, they remind people what they ordered all those weeks ago (many often forget!) and they add a feel of attention to detail for special occasions 💫

There’s lots of different things to take into consideration such as the venue/space in which you’ll be using, the lighting in the room, the interior features, the flow of the footfall into a space and that’s before you’ve even touched on the season, guest numbers, your personality and colours!

LET’S TALK BUDGETS…

I have no idea how much to budget for when it comes to styling my wedding venue. What do I need to be aware of?

•This really depends on how much styling you require so firstly determine the key things you need initially before going off on a tangent with all of the things you’ve seen and pinned. Once you’ve got a figure for the “must haves” you can then see how much room is left in the budget for the extras
‌
•Have a separate floristry to styling budget. Even though the two often run side by side, it’s better to look at them as two individual entities when budgeting
‌
•Ask your stylist if any of your ceremony decor can be repurposed and used for your reception decor in order to be more sustainable and provide you with more value for money
