Hi everyone. 👋 My names Perrin, or "Pez" as I prefer to be called. I am the Owner and the Head Chef for Armstrong Catering.
I have been a qualified Chef for nearly 20 years and in catering for nearly 25 and have been in a variety of roles in this industry ranging from Care Homes, to Prestigious Hotels in Manchester, to Swanky Bars, Masonic Halls and Venues to Chain and Individually owned Restaurants.
Having just left a recent employment, rather than just jump into another employment, I wanted to take a minute to assess my options and I came up with the idea of Armstrong Catering.
With prices for foods sky rocketing these days and people needing to save some till where they can AND given some of the prices on cold buffets in and around the areas that ive seen and worked with, I thought i could do a little better.
So if you're having a 30th, a 40th, a 21st, a funeral, or just a random party on Wednesday because Covid messed with your plans, have a look at my menus and give me a shout.
I offer VERY competitive prices and hold all the key certification from my time in catering inc Food Hygiene, COSHH, HACCP and Cross Contamination.
I am local to the Urmston area, so if you are interested, give me a call and we can have a chat over what I offer over a coffee in a local cafe maybe as I believe in dealing with people face to face, not just a voice at the end of a phone!
