All our balloons are airfilled which providing are kept in the correct conditions will last days, even weeks.

We offer a free personalisation on request on all our balloon displays * We require up to a weeks notice prior to any personalisation *.

Delivery option available. No charge for REDCAR/Dormanstown though a small fee will be added onto the price of the balloons for delivery out of this area to cover fuel expenses. Redcar based collection also available.

We will always try and squeeze those last minute bookings in, though if you can please book in advance to avoid any disappointment.

J.R Balloons will accept no liability of damage to the goods should the customer have damaged them in transit or once delivery has been accepted. Please make sure you have inspected your goods before accepting them. Remember balloons are for display purposes only. All balloons must be handled with care, if possible not moved once settled. Children must be supervised around balloons at all times!.

Do not place balloons near direct heat or against surfaces that may damange/pop them.

Lastly please be patient when waiting for a reply on our social media. I will always reply but it may not be straight away as I have a full time job and children.
