Manifesting the sunshine with this week’s palette!!!

We might not always be able to rely on the weather, but we can guarantee a gorgeous burst of summer inside your home. This week’s Weekly Seasonal Bouquet is a literal jar of joy, designed in glowing tones of orange, yellow, and crisp white to help bring the sunshine out, no matter what it’s doing outside.

We’ve packed this week’s mix with some absolutely incredible textures and showstopping stems:
Dahlias: Spectacular, intricate, and bringing all the bold summer structure.
Pasta Gerberas: With their uniquely ruffled, twirled petals, these add the coolest playful texture to the bunch.
Ammi: Floating through the arrangement like delicate, lacy white clouds.
Heirloom Roses: Bringing that classic, romantic charm and a beautiful, soft fragrance.

Whether you need a mid week pick me up for your kitchen table or want to send a bright, happy surprise to someone special, this sunny palette is the ultimate mood booster.

This arrangement is available for delivery all week long from our website or call.

While we are absolutely loving this beautiful sunshine, our fresh flowers are feeling the heat! High temperatures can cause blooms to dehydrate much faster and speed up their natural lifecycle.

To help your weekly bouquets and arrangements survive the mini-heatwave, here are our top 4 floristry insider tips to keep them looking fresh and lush:

Change the water daily. Bacteria loves warm water, and it will clog your stems. Empty your vase every single morning, give it a quick rinse, and fill it back up with fresh, ice cold tap water.

Give them a fresh trim. Every time you change the water, snip about 1cm off the bottom of the stems at a 45-degree angle. This opens up their stems so they can drink up that cold water efficiently.

Keep your vase far away from direct sunlight, sunny windowsills, or drafty areas. Find the coolest, most shaded spot in your room for them to live in.

Pro Tip…..If your house gets really stuffy during the day, pop your flowers in the coolest room (like a bathroom or kitchen floor) overnight to let them rest and recover!

Dramatic and romantic statement arrangements for the ceremony and reception at Alice & Tony’s wedding last weekend in Skelmorlie.

Globe Allium, plenty of fluffy hydrangea and delphinium made this day a truly unforgettable one…. And seeing a seal sleeping on a rock on the drive down made our day!

Flashback to the wonderful India & Stuart who wed last autumn at one of our fav venues

Their autumnal pallet was the perfect brief for us to work our magic in creating a statement hoop backdrop, bouquets and buttonholes.
