Back once more to cater for this local company in Todmorden. 2 celebrations in one….13 years accident free, and Christmas! Something well worth celebrating 🎄

The staff at Mitsubishi Chemical Advanced Materials chose our delicious carvery roast. Pork and Beef were the choices today, accompanied with creamy mash, roast potatoes, parsnips, sprouts, Chantenay carrots, cauliflower cheese, pigs in blankets, sage & onion stuffing, Yorkshire puddings and gravy. To follow they had Strawberries & cream cheesecake and chocolate fudge cake, served with fresh cream. 😊

Christmas Carvery Roast today in Newcastle upon Tyne, for the staff at Opencast Software 🎄. Lots of festive jumpers and festive music, to get everyone in the mood for the festive season 🎅🏻

Chosen meats today were Pork and Turkey, and the vegetarian/vegan choices were a Med Veg Tart and Brie & Red onion Tart. All were accompanied with creamy mash, roast potatoes, Chantenay carrots, broccoli, pigs in blankets, sage & onion stuffing, cauliflower cheese, Yorkshire puddings, gravy, apple sauce, mustard and cranberry sauce. All dietary requirements were taken care of, and the vegan Yorkshire puddings we made went down a treat!

A BBQ is not just for the summer, it’s the perfect afternoon meal on a crisp and sunny November day!

A family gathering to celebrate Christmas at this stunning house in Carlisle. Secret Santa, Christmas jumpers, and best of all, family time.

Christine and family enjoyed our delicious BBQ2+. Each guest received a delicious 100% beef burger, with the option of caramelised onions and cheese, a pork sausage, a seasoned mini chicken fillet skewer, a halloumi and pepper skewer, and crunchy skin on fries. Ketchup , BBQ sauce, mayonnaise and pickles. ☺️.

It was a pleasure to have been a part of their celebrations. Thank you Christine and family 😊

Wedding catering today for Becky and Andrew, at the beautiful venue of Lodge Farm, Cundall, York. The perfect setting for wedding celebrations.

Becky and Andrew chose our delicious carvery roast dinner with Beef and Turkey, or a vegetarian/vegan sweet potato roulade, accompanied with creamy mash, roast potatoes, Chantenay carrots, broccoli, cauliflower cheese, pigs in blankets, sage & onion stuffing, Yorkshire puddings and gravy. Chicken nuggets and chips for the children. To follow, they chose Profiteroles drizzled with Belgian chocolate, and Strawberries & cream cheesecake, served with fresh cream. To finish, we served tea and coffee.

A huge thank you to Kirsty and her team for all their help and hospitality.

Another night of woolly hats and wellies, but the rain didn’t dampen anyone’s night. 🎆🔥

Another absolutely stunning venue, for the wedding celebrations of Lewis and Lindsey! A lovely day for a lovely couple.

Lewis and Lindsey chose our canapes, which we served in the Swiss Garden following their ceremony. They chose Mini Yorkshire puddings with Beef and horseradish, Duck spring rolls with a sweet chilli dip, Sweet potato pakoras with a tzatziki dip and mini quiche of cheese & onion, Stilton & broccoli, Goat cheese & sun blushed tomatoes and Cheddar & mushroom.

For their wedding breakfast they chose our delicious carvery roast with Beef and Turkey, accompanied with creamy mash, roast potatoes, cauliflower cheese, Chantenay carrots, broccoli, pigs in blankets, sage & onion stuffing, Yorkshire puddings, and gravy. A scrumptious sweet potato roulade was the vegetarian option.

Wedding eve celebrations for Lottie and Hugo tonight at this wonderful venue in Shrewsbury.

Their friends and family were treated to our delicious hog roast, with sage & onion stuffing, and apple sauce, accompanied with hot new potatoes with butter and a parsley garnish, iceberg lettuce, plum tomatoes, cucumber, red/yellow/orange peppers, creamy coleslaw, mayonnaise and balsamic dressing. A choice of either a Brie and Red onion tart or a Mediterranean vegetable tart for the vegan/vegetarian guests.

We wish Lottie and Hugo a wonderful day tomorrow celebrating their wedding, and we look forward to seeing them all again on Sunday morning where we will be serving up bacon, sausage & egg butties with tea and coffee too!

To start the evenings celebrations, we served a 3 course dinner of Minestrone soup, Carvery roast with Beef and Turkey, creamy mash potatoes, roast potatoes, Chantenay carrots, broccoli, cauliflower cheese, pigs in blankets, sage & onion stuffing, Yorkshire puddings and gravy, followed by Chocolate Fudge cake and Strawberries and cream cheesecake! 😊

What an amazing day we have had, catering for Scarlett and Karl on their wedding day. A beautiful sunny day, at a beautiful venue. ☀️

We first spoke to Scarlett and Karl back in June 2022, and from the get go, we knew today was going to be a special day.

Company Cycling event today for Carter Jonas in Oxford. A 50 mile ride and a 30 mile ride was no mean feat in this heat. 🥵. They were certainly happy to see us at the end of it though! 😀

Our BBQ was on the lunchtime menu today, with our home made 6oz 100% Beef burgers, served on a soft seeded Brioche bun, with onions and cheese, a pork sausage, a mini chicken skewer, hot new potatoes with butter and a parsley garnish, iceberg lettuce, plum tomatoes, cucumber, red/yellow/orange peppers and creamy coleslaw. To follow, they had a choice of either Lemon Drizzle cake or Profiteroles, served with fresh cream. 😊

Yesterday we catered for Mark and Elethea on their wedding day, in the beautiful setting of Bradwell Abbey in Milton Keynes, on a beautiful sunny day!☀️

The couple chose canapés after the ceremony, of Blini, topped with smoked salmon, cream cheese & dill, Duck spring rolls with a sweet chilli dip, Sweet potato pakoras with a tzatziki dip, and Mini Yorkshire puddings with roast beef and horseradish sauce.
For their wedding breakfast, what better than on a sunny day in August, our BBQ menu 2, with homemade 100% Beef burgers, seasoned chicken skewers, Pork sausages, hot new potatoes with butter and a parsley garnish, mixed leaf, plum tomatoes, peppers, cucumber, red onion, creamy coleslaw, mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard and bbq sauce.

Pre wedding celebrations today at Low Hall The Lakes in Cockermouth for Jazmin and Andrew. 🎉

A pie, pea and gravy supper was the treat for everyone. A choice of either Meat & potato or Cheese & onion pie, accompanied with mushy peas, gravy, red cabbage, and mint sauce. Rainy days and Mondays always need a hearty meal 😀

Yesterday we were in the beautiful setting of Malt House Barn in Shrewsbury, for the wedding of Paige and Jamal! And what a beautiful day it was… filled with sunshine and love ☀️🥂💕

Following their drinks reception, we served the happy couple and guests canapés of, buttered Bruschetta, topped with smoked Pork loin, Duck spring rolls with a sweet chill dip, sweet potato pakoras with a Tzatziki dip, and Blinis, topped with smoked salmon, cream cheese and dill.

For their wedding breakfast they chose our delicious roast carvery with Beef and Gammon, accompanied with roast potatoes, creamy mash, pigs in blankets, Chantenay carrots, broccoli, cauliflower cheese, sage & onion stuffing, Yorkshire pudding and gravy.

This was followed by Strawberries & cream cheesecake, Lemon drizzle cake, Chocolate fudge cake and Profiteroles drizzled with Belgian chocolate, all served with fresh cream 😋.

For their evening reception, we served our scrumptious Hog roast with all the trimmings, and plenty of crackling too.

We would like to say a huge thank you to the owner Janet, and also Lynda the wedding coordinator, for all their help throughout, and also we’d like to say what a pleasure it was to work alongside Double Vision Mobile Bars… an all round perfect day.

Today we have catered for the wedding of Emma and Toby, in the beautiful setting of Hornington Manor, Bolton Percy, York.

The sun was shining….it’s been a wonderful day 😊

Emma and Toby chose our Cold Buffet Menu 1, which includes dinky pork and beef pies, fresh salmon, Turkey, Ham, Beef, vegetable samosas, falafel, chicken drumsticks, Quiche Lorraine, Cheese & onion quiche, Med Veg quiche, pesto pasta, Moroccan couscous, coleslaw, mixed leaf salad, peppers, plum tomatoes, cucumber, dinner rolls, vegan gluten free options, followed by desserts of Profiteroles, Chocolate Fudge cake, and a vegan Lemon cake and tea and coffee.

For their evening reception we served our 100% Beef burgers, with onions and cheese, + a vegan/vegetarian option of a spicy bean burger. They went down a treat.

Today it has been mostly raining dogs at Bradley Mills Club, Huddersfield. 🐕🌧️

The British Association for German Shepherd Dogs - Huddersfield branch, were celebrating they 60th Anniversary, and so what better way to celebrate than with a dog show and a BBQ!

We served up our delicious 100% Beef burgers on a seeded Brioche bun, with the option of onions and cheese, a pork sausage, a seasoned chicken skewer, hot new potatoes, salad, plum tomatoes, cucumber, peppers and creamy coleslaw. The vegetarian option was a spicy bean burger, a veggie sausage, halloumi and pepper kebab, hot new potatoes and salad.

Despite the awful weather, it was a great day for everyone 😀
