I know getting up & out of the house with a little one can be both daunting & a bit of a mission (how much stuff does a tiny person need!), but our walking club is the perfect reason to do it 😍

Fresh air, a hot drink, pastries and good conversation - it really is good for the soul 🙌🏻

If you are nervous about coming to your first event, our walking club is a great introduction to TMC. It’s a very informal and relaxed way to meet other mums 🫶

Meet Amy & Liam! 💙

Amy is a seasoned TMC’er, having attended her local brunch club to enjoy a couple of hours focused on her, but when she’s not enjoying avo on toast and baby snuggles, she’s working in the family firm with her other half, Liam -

Go2Mortgages is a family run business specialising in mortgages and life insurance, and they are really passionate about helping us mums have access to the right information and the best, affordable products.

Amy and Liam will be joining our July brunch club to chat to you all about their fee-free, no obligation reviews of your policies!

I’m so excited to have them with us, because whilst life insurance isn’t something we want to think about, it’s so important and often gets left to the bottom of the “to-do list”! 💫

WHAT IS BRUNCH CLUB? 🍳

Sure, it’s about getting to enjoy delicious food and hot coffee (which can both feel like a luxury after having children) 👶

But it’s so much more than that...

💕 It’s turning up not knowing anyone and being welcomed with open arms

💕 It’s knowing that it’s OK to be late. We’ll celebrate that you’ve made it out of the house with a tiny human!

💕It’s being around other women who get the highs and the lows of motherhood

💕 It’s swapping numbers with that mum you’ve just met

I know all too well that getting out of the house with a new baby can be daunting, taking a toddler anywhere can be a mission and stepping outside of your comfort zone & meeting new people can be nerve-wracking.

But guess what, the best thing about our events is EVERYONE in that room understands this too!

At every event, I hear phrases like “me too”, “same thing happened to me” or “I feel the same way” and it brings me such joy to hear it as I know the power those conversations can hold.

It’s when you realise it’s not just you or it’s not just your child. It’s when you realise it’s ok to feel the way you do, you & your feelings are valid and it’s when you realise that you are not alone 🙌🏻❤️

Introducing our beautiful Coffee Club venue! 😍

The sun is shining and we are ready for some gorgeous summer events . 🌞

The Gardeners Retreat is a bright and spacious venue that make is perfect for our Coffee Clubs. Delicious coffee and yummy homemade cakes and pastries. ☕️🍰🥐

Also on sight is the garden centre, farm shop, florist, gift shop and pet store so perfect a spot of shopping too! 🛍️

Hi! I’m Sophia!

I’m a postnatal doula, breastfeeding counsellor and holistic sleep coach with a passion for supporting families in those early days and weeks after birth.

My job is to gentle you into this new chapter which can sometimes be overwhelming, wonderful, exhausting, emotional and incredible all at the same time!

I like to see myself as a sister, a friend, who comes to your home and sprinkles some doula magic, whether that’s supporting you with feeding your newborn however you wish to do so, managing your sleep, prepping yummy snacks or dinner for later, folding laundry, or just being a listening ear over a nice warm cuppa. I absolutely love doing this for families. It makes my heart sing!

I offer postnatal doula sessions, 1:1 feeding and sleep support, and antenatal preparing for breastfeeding sessions too!

I can’t wait to meet you and have a natter!
